A friend suggested Cottonfield for our monthly get-together of old high school friends. Otherwise we would never have run across this place as it is well off the beaten path! All 8 of us were pleasantly surprised and glad we made the drive. The menu was mostly American. I had the cheeseburger and fried pickle spears, my wife had the Crab Cake BLT and fried okra and others in our group had shrimp and grits, steak, pizza and fettucini alfredo with shrimp and chicken, philly cheesesteak and the four layer chocolate cake. Everyone was happy with the food and service. We'll go back. This is not the place for an intimate dinner. It is very brightly light and an open floor plan. The food is very good and a it's a great place to come together.

Large Ole South Ribeye
This is a great new bar and grill with a different feel. Rodeo on one of the tv's. High school basketball on another. The bar itself is appropriately stocked with mid-tier liquors. The menu is well thought out and considered. We'll definitely be back.

Crab Cake Sandwich
Tonight was my first visit.
I was VERY IMPRESSED.
The steak was superb and best Mac n cheese I’ve ever had in my life.
I’ll be visiting again within a couple days😋
Update: I went for my second visit yesterday….sadly not up to par like first visit. Steak with very fatty and undercooked so waited a bit before finally got waitress over to cook up. My steak returned still undercooked and put in a different metal small plate like I was ant the Waffle House or something hahaha and some of my steak missing that I had cut up. Not what I’d expect for an upscale $21 steak order. That Mac n cheese tho❤️

We usually order a Woodfield Cheese pizza w/ pepperoni once, maybe twice a month. However tonight's order was not as good as before. Crust burnt, doughy in the middle and seemed smaller than usual, 6 slices instead or 8. I would say the greatest place in Snead for great pizza, but after tonight not so much, would rather get frozen and cook at home than have to re-cook and already burnt crust pizza.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment based on my subpar first experience. Terrible food and service. We were overlooked by the waiting staff when we first entered the restaurant. However, we chose to grant them the benefit of doubt and carry on with our dinner plans. We wanted to like this place, but being consistently ignored by the servers made it difficult to enjoy our time there. The price of the food did not align with its quality and quantity. We have no plans of returning.

This was our second time here! Our server Christina was delightful! Very courteous and patient while waiting on us! Food came out fast even on a super busy night and was SO TASTY! We have had the rib-eye, shrimp and grits and shrimp tacos so far! Will definitely be coming back to taste more!

My husband and I love this place. We’ve been there several times. Always get the loaded sidewinders for app. The steak is always a good choice and the bacon cheeseburger is great too. We always ask for Christina, she’s the best. If you haven’t tried this place you definitely need to. Can’t wait til the weather cools down so we can sit on the patio and enjoy the bands they have every weekend.

I love this place! Their grilled shrimp tacos are to die for. The staff here is Absolutely Amazing! Prices are ok, no higher than any other eatery. You get what you pay for. I'm Thankful Snead has this restaurant it's Amazing!

Fried mushrooms appetizer nasty, freezer to fryer, saturated with oil. Chicken tenders not cooked to order, overcooked, possibly refried, but still not hot, Blue cheese dressing foul, discolored. Crinkle cut fries were good.server was inattentive, warm tea melted ice, things you should not have to ask and reask for. Small table for 4, overcrowded, empty appetizer plates should be removed from the table before entrees come out. However this location is in Snead Alabama, so don't get too excited.40$ tab $10 tip. One and done.
