This is the first time i have been disappointed with costco food court. This is the new roast beef sandwich, the best thing i can say that its fine. I dont think its worth $10. Maybe on a difference day it would be done better, they were struggling a lot there today with timing and ticket mistakes

Good food but bad customer service. Waited for more than 25 minutes for a whole pizza while people who ordered pizza after me were getting there’s. When told the same to the lady, they still gave couple more pizza’s to someone who ordered after me. I was told it takes 15 mins for a pizza but should that not be the case for everyone? Why would someone who ordered the pizza after me get their’s before me even when the pizza we ordered was same.

Took my 92 yr old mother to get a membership, the back two days later for a hearing test, but they don't carry the hearing aids in stock (supposedly) and now need to take her back a 3rd time to get fitted
