This might be the best Costa Vida I’ve been to. It’s very clean and fast service. I’ll admit I usually go to Cafe Rio , but I thought I would try this location. Such a better experience. Mostly the speed and lack of lines that one would see at other establishments. The customers are not indecisive as other establishments as well, which helps. This is definitely my preference in the area looking for this type of food. Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed. Our family loves Costa Vida! It saves me on nights that I don't have time to cook, or when we want a fun night out. The catering is awesome, too. Such huge portions and you know it will be yummy! Costa Vida catered a dinner for our faculty at school. The food was delicious. I love the fresh tortillas. The pork is my favorite meat and I always love the dressing. Went through the drive-through, and was told to pull around to the front to wait for my order. That was at 6 PM, at 6:34 PM I called their customer service line to find out where the food was. I was told that the restaurant said it would be another 10 minutes. I have watched people walk in and out of the restaurant and receive their food in much faster time than mine. When the manager walked out and told me what was going on, he said there were new people on the line. I can understand that. However, taking 40+ minutes for quick serve food is not the kind of service one expects. I am hoping that this can improve and I’m hoping things will get better. We used Costa Vida for catering a large gathering (approx. 220 people). They were on time and had everything ready to feed our group before our requested time. Dominique, the catering manager, was FANTASTIC to work with. She made it so easy to order and her follow up was impeccable. Andrew came with his crew, all of whom were so professional and friendly. Even though this in not even remotely authentic, it is not bad. The tortillas are pretty spot-on. They are nice and they hooked up some teachers for a late night they were working.
