9.30am ordered Anaheim scrambler: scrambled egg was fresh. But check out the potatoes how hard it was. And it went trash directly. Giving 1 star for this food. We had better experience in few other corner bakery and other breakfast places around. Now when I spoke to the person in charge they acknowledged how bad the food was and offered me if I need another serving. But unfortunately we are not ready to get the same again. And offered the coffee on them. So bottom line it seems the food was old which was provided. Giving one more star for acknowledging the issue and trying to do some thing. With corner bakery’s standards this is not expected at all.

There is always something wrong with delivery food!!! Sometimes they send the order incomplete or the fruit rotten. Like this!!! Please if you don't have strawberries, replace them with apple or banana but let them know! Service Delivery Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30 Food: 1

I stopped in for a bowl of tomato soup on this cold Tuesday. I don't know what has happened to this place but definitely not the staff or atmosphere it used to be. Due to time of day, no one else was ordering food. They were happy to take their sweet time coming to take my order. The machine asked for a tip immediately. Deciding where to sit, noticed all booths table tops were dirty, some with plates stacked. I opted to sit elsewhere - not overly clean but better than the window booths. The gal brings out my soup - I say Thank you - no response from her as her head was buried in her phone. On the clock. And yes, I did tip at the beginning of the order, for what I'm not sure. I used to love this place, but the turnover in staff has made it really go down hill. Slow service. I told the staff that all 10 empty tables were dirty. The girl said nothing in response and just walked away. We had to clean a table to sit at. So sad. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Cashier was friendly enough. Not so much from the rest of the staff. Had to ask for utensils. No napkins could be found. Had to go back again and ask for those, none were offered. Dessert was in a take out container instead of a plate. Why? The "hot" chocolate was room temperature. Had been a long time since visiting the Bakery. I love this place. I always get the Chicken Pomodori, Pesto Cavatappi, or the Chicken Carbonara. The tomato basil soup is really good too. I never have to wait too long for my food. Atmosphere is clean and laid back. Edit: 5 years later! I still love the Chicken Carbonara. I like to get extra sauce so it’s extra creamy. The service is always super friendly and fast. Corner Bakery in Southlake has been our go-to Sunday brunch spot after church for over a decade, spanning a good 10 years. My consistent choice, the Chopped salad, remains a favorite, though I occasionally venture to try new additions to the menu. Despite the aging appearance, with chipped tables and worn-out chairs, the allure of the familiar flavors keeps me coming back. The need for an upgrade, especially in the bathroom, is evident, but the love for their food, particularly the decaf coffee, surpasses any cosmetic concerns. Not one with a sweet tooth, I'm sure their desserts are delightful. Convenient back parking adds to the practicality of the visit, making Corner Bakery a cherished part of our longstanding Sunday tradition. GREAT food BAD service & experience I was literally the only person in the store waiting to order and three staff members were running around trying to fill an online order. I kept telling me “hold on we’ll be with you” after 5 to 10 minutes I just placed an order online and it was ready 5 min later. As I sat down to eat, one of the staff started playing offensive music on a small device. I was on the other side of the building and could still comprehend the lyrics so it was pretty loud. It was turned off halfway through the song so I assume a manager stepped in. I ordered a coffee while waiting for my breakfast and caught an attitude from the order taker. Maybe this is why the place is empty @ 8:20am?? (See pics) Come on guys… you can do much better Overnight oats 4/5 -Nice variety of toppings and add ins Bacon and cheddar Panini 5/5 -Still one of my favorite simple breakfast sandwiches to this day. All the textures & flavors come together to create something kind of magical:)
