This is a wonderful cafe! The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is great. I tend to do work here, but occasionally there are customers abo change the atmosphere. There was a customer who was very upset yesterday and came back today. Their tone / demeanor was distressing, to the point that I had to leave. That wasn’t the staff’s fault, but I felt bad for them because they looked like they were about to cry/couldn’t do anything and the customer was being very rude to them. Im gonna hope this is a one off, bc otherwise it’s a great place to hang out. The atmosphere is beautiful but unfortunately the coffee isn’t the best, I asked for an iced latte and was given a lukewarm latte. Customer service was also lacking. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

The atmosphere is great, but the bathrooms didn’t have soap or TP. They mentioned the bathrooms were run by the building not the cafe, but it’s a hygiene issue - doesn’t matter who runs them. Edit - I came back and the bathroom issues were addressed so 5 stars! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
