Very Badly Brunt Crust!! I ordered the triple berry crumble and when I tasted it, I thought something was wrong with the berries so I called and was told to try and get a refund through Door Dash. After hanging up I realized the odd taste was actually due to a burnt crust so I phoned again and the same person answered. I told him the crust was burnt. He said he looked at some of the ones in the store and that he didn't see any burnt ones. I took pictures and intend to visit the store and indeed let them know the crust was burnt- very burnt. I absolutely don't understand why that batch wasn't discarded. Will NOT order there ever again.

Loved this place. Cookies are great, and their other snacks were always a good compliment too. Unfortunately they stopped offering most of the other snacks, and they swapped over to 100% Door Dash for delivery. The second part is the bad part. I used to order all the time through their mobile app. You got to build up reward points for some free cookies occasionally and feel like you were supporting a local business. By swapping over to door dash the prices get raised a crazy amount, as an example, two dozen cookies used to be $26, and now on door dash they are $39. I'm genuinely saddened that they felt the best course of action for their business was to go to DD. I guess they did what they felt they had to do, but it's still very unfortunate, and I don't think they realize how many people don't use DD or Grub hub because of the poor business practices of those companies and the huge price increases that are incurred by using them. I wish this all wasn't the case, but I'll have to find another way to indulge in my late night sweet tooth.

I had a great experience ordering from Cookie Cruz. The warm cookies were incredibly delicious and satisfying with fun nostalgic flavors. Wonderful customer service from Matt. The combination of scrumptious cookies and exceptional service makes this place a must-visit for anyone craving a sweet treat at any time of night.

It was late night, around midnight and me and my bf wanted something sweet. We appreciated that Cookie Cruz is open late and they have vegan options. My bf is vegan. My Bf and I ordered 3 cookies: - Peanut butter chocolate chips (Very tasty, we both enjoyed this one, it was our fave) - Chocolate chips (this was our least fave, but that's ok.) - Macadamia nut, white chocolate (I really liked this one too) All cookies come out hot and fresh. They are a little bit too buttery and super sweet for our taste, but we enjoyed them for the most part.

So yummy!!! We door dashed and didn’t expect much! They were FRESH cookies . Warm and delicious. The oatmeal one was amazing and I don’t even like oatmeal that much! Would definitely recommend getting some cookies from them!

Amazing fresh baked cookies delivered to my door! We loved them all! The Nutella was my favorite! But all flavors were a big hit with my family! We will definitely be ordering again!

The cookies just weren't that good. I almost feel bad saying it, because maybe I got a bad batch? They were kind of mealy/crumbly and I didn't feel compelled to finish them, which is an insane thought from a cookie lover like myself. I also tried 6 different styles, and none were particularly crave worthy. They did come out warm and pretty quickly when we ordered, though, so that's nice. But I ended up wishing we had made cookies at home instead.

What a smart and savvy business. They deliver cookies and ice cream to people in the Santa Cruz area between the hours of 7pm to 2am. I’ve ordered off them twice and love the convenience of having warm cookies delivered straight to your door. I gave them 3 stars because I’m not totally in love with their cookies. They’re good but not great. I personally love Pacific Cookie Company but they don’t deliver. Cookie Cruz is also on the pricey side but you can’t really complain when you’re getting sweets delivered in the wee hours to your front door.

Closed on Mondays..and they are only open from 7pm-2am. Doesn’t make sense
