I had to share this even before my order was ready. The music is Christian!!!!! It’s so wonderful to be among the Lord’s spirit! The message on their drink cups is spot on. Look it up! Proverbs 1:7. What a reminder as to why our City, State, and Country is in the shape it’s in. Christ has been removed from our everyday living. I want to thank Cook Out for standing in the gap!!!! Atmosphere: 5

The service is very quick! Mirrah was so nice when taking our order and at the window. Our order was also correct, which can sometimes be rare in fast food. They have good food, but every time I walk into the restaurant to get my to go order, there is never anyone in the lobby. The last 3 times I’ve gone there I’m left standing in the lobby for 5-10 minutes before someone comes from the back to take my order. Get better workers! Really don’t need the window slammed in my face when I’m asking for sauces. I understand y’all are timed but you know I worked in customer service for 15 years and that’s just absolutely rude! Find friendly staff! I will never come here again. First time experiencing cook out and will never go back. Employees rather have conversations with their buddies instead of handling customers. ABSOLUTELY CHILDISH! Got my kids, chicken tenders tray, hot dog tray with fries and white cheddar cheese bites and cheese burger tray and they ate all of it without complaining, my wife got some kinda wrap and she loved it, me I got cheddar burger and white cheddar cheese bites was probably one of the best places I've ate at in a long time...recommend for sure. (Kids all got the 32oz cups also....

All around great place with awesome workers , that we're very patient with us, cause we had never eaten from there and there's tons of options and the prices were great too. I ask for a bbq pork shoulder sandwich and they gave me a grill chicken sandwich the 1st time I had what I ask for but they didn’t put no bread in the plate. So unprofessional I was on break. I’m seeing people walk. & out the back door one guy look like he was smoking weed. The girl who was taking my order was rude I told her my order wasn’t right. She gone say you wanna pay for another order. Hell naw I don’t wanna pay for another order I want y’all to correct my order. But fast forward they just unprofessional like they rushing or some. I mean I understand it’s break time but y’all need to make sure everybody order correct.
