The Comrade's Bookhouse is an epic unwinding space for creatives and lovers of Afrocentric literature. There is a library where you can pick a copy and arrange readership with the management. There are also interesting books on sale by mainly Kenyan authors. There is a space where one can hold events such as book launches, music concerts and such. It is on the main road from town past Mwimuto/Kitisuru. From Wangige side it is a few hundred meters.

Has an artsy feel to it, and lots of upcycled furniture and decor. Food is nice, simple and clean. Fills you right up. Has ample parking and a small pub at the back. Nice place to eat on the go.

One of the Best Classic places... the Old School set up and music perfectly set!! Food is also on another Level... I Like!! I Love!! See you there again and again
