Good solid tasty breakfast. Great coffee and if you're a custard square fan.. Delicious.
Seafood your thing? Seafood chowder is well worth a visit. Nestled inside Mega Mitre 10 so its a great place to visit after you shop. Small indoor playground beside the cafe for young children.

Came here as a family to enjoy some nice food, but left severely disappointed. Ordered three sausage rolls, a tomato and cheese croissant, and some loaded fries. All but the croissant and one of the sausage rolls came out cold in the centre, which we sent back to be reheated. The fries were barely cooked and tasted very average. We also attempted to order fries as it was listed as a side (P.O.A) but was promptly told that the sides had to be added to a main order! If the sides are not allowed to be purchased on their own, indicate that. Other cafes allow people to order sides separately, but this was frankly ridiculous. We will not be coming back to this establishment, as the price is way too expensive for the low quality of our food and the poor experience.

Ordered LOADED FRIES. What we received was half cooked fries but with everything on it. It was terrible.
Spoke to the lady at the counter advising her that the fries were soggy and very much undercooked. Her reaction was ok for a start, asking me what was she to do about it? I said nothing except to make sure the chips are really cooked for the next customer. I was informed that she laughed behind my back as I was leaving.
This is so NOT good service.
I left unimpressed and I know that this is NOT the Columbus way, having worked for this franchise before.

I ordered a Chicken Korma filo. It was microwaved. Hot on the outside and cold in the middle. The staff apologised and reheated it, but come on, you shouldn't microwave the food items. Hot is supposed to be hot. Also, I can't order a bowl of plain fries on their own? Don't recommend one bit.

Nice and quiet place~ Love sitting here and do some computer work. There are some plugs and FREE WiFi but only 20MB so it's no enough. Even those, if you just wanna have a nice afternoon break, it will be a good place.
Price is a little high. But the food and coffee are good, I can't say the food cook very perfect as there are always a few drawbacks, but I love the coffee, taste of coffee is strong but not bitter.
Came in today and had a wonderful meal with my sis and daughter. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and drink. Top notch customer service and fast on receiving our drinks and food. Will recommend you all to fams and friends. Keep up the great work guys 🙌🤗

Overpriced. 2 small poached eggs ciabatta bread x 2 slices, side of mushrooms 7.50 - WHAT. 2 miserable mushrooms for more than half the price of eggs and toast. You've got to be kidding me. No you weren't!!

Coffee is NOT that good, cappuccino with flat milk foam, taste boring, guess the barista does not know how to make coffee.
The seafood chowder is too creamy but other food is good. I always come for food but feel disappointed this time with the coffee.
