The team are so friendly. Because we were the first to use the app, we were rewarded and they let us have a free taste of their very own in-store made cake and a muffin. That's yummy alright 😋. As a staff member of Mitre 10, I thoroughly enjoy ordering and eating at this Cafe. All staff serve with a kind hello and smile everytime and make you feel welcome. The food Is of good quality and serving sizes and a wide range of choices. I appreciate your food and your staff, good work team. Well I thought we had been to a bad Columbus Coffee then we came here. They only sell fries with meals so you can not just get a bowl. Nice way to lose sales. My orange juice was only 2/3 of a small glass for $4.50, maybe they confused the size with wine. While my wife's tea was been poured etc the server was more than happy to adjust her bra which included putting her hands down her top. Then to top it off a staff member coughed in to the food cabinet then closed the door to it. Poor unprofessional service. Definaltely will not be coming here again and advise others to stay clear.

Bringing sunshine to a rainy day, this beautiful cafe with a delicious range of food was the highlight of our visit to Rotorua. The extensive range of treats in the cabinet along with the delicious menu meals made choosing tough, but no one left disappointed. Our meals were ready promptly and served by friendly, welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable. The clean, spacious environment made it a great place for brunch with friends and one we will certainly be returning to. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch

Great store with friendly staff. Had the Columbus breakfast and it was sufficient for me. Wife had soup of the day - spicy kumara - and she really enjoyed it. It was my first visit to this cafe and it felt a bit abrupt as I didn't realise they had tables numbered and I walked in and ordered and had not chosen a place to sit. The server was in a hurry and didn't like that I hadn't chosen a seat. Drink was nice though.
