I went to pick up my mother’s birthday cake and it was made completely wrong. The directions on the paper that was filled out didn’t match the cake whatsoever. I was told they couldn’t make another for me in time. So I asked, what do you guys do when a cake is made wrong? The guy laughed and said “the bank across the street will be happy with it”. Great, so basically I’m SOL. Don’t order a cake from here if you want it done correctly. Service: 1

The young people on staff here make this Coldstone stand out from the others. Even if they didn’t enjoy their job, you’d never know. They were so energetic and pleasant- I can hardly describe it. My friend and I went to this location 2x in the 3 days we visited Bozeman. Coldstone is Coldstone in a sense but this one honestly really stood above simply due to the staff. Highly recommend it! Go here!
