Not sure if the gal that was making our ice cream had a bad day or not, but she was also the person that rung us up.. She was very rude.. "Dan I'll take customer service for 500 please" cause it needs work 🤦🏿♂️

You save money by using very very little hot fudge on my expensive sundae. I'll save money by simply going to Dairy Queen next time.

There was a very polite worker named Tyler who was very professional and gave very good service. He is the only reason I am giving 5 stars.
If I were rating this place on any other factors this rating would be different.

We stopped here a little awhile ago, right after they opened. That seemed to be the best time, as there is always a line, even 10 minutes after they opened for the day. Of course since we were the first ones to visit, we pretty much knew what we wanted. I had decided on the birthday cake shake. It seems that I get my ice cream in liquid form, and I don't have to worry about making a mess at all. Of course once I ordered it took like 3 or 4 minutes to get my shake. Not only were they quick, but they were really nice and friendly as well. It would be fun to go back again sometime.

Refrigeration stank terribly in front of the store, ended up with nuts and brownie mixed into my Berry Berry Good so obviously workers aren't cleaning surfaces properly. Not the best experience, I'd stick to the 3rd floor location.

It's not too bad. Thought the ice cream was going to be very good, but it's ok.

If they had a negative rating I would have give that to them. We went there with our three children and as we were trying to figure out what we wanted a very rude employee kept trying to push us through the line. As we have only ever been there once before yes, it took us a few minutes but she was VERY rude. My husband and I decided not to get anything and at one point we almost walked away without getting anything due to the rudeness of one employee.

Went there around 7:30 last night. There was no customers but the serving was not smooth. While one employee was taking my order and trying to make my icecream - the other idle employees were not giving her space to mix toppings. The worst was I had some thin hair mixed in my icecream so I just threw it away. Terrible :(

Customer service was stern and chaotic despite being one of four customers in line. I ordered a signature mix (over the rain-dough) and instead of telling me they were out of sugar crystals and frosting, they made it regardless. Wish I ate it before walking away. Paid $6.44 for cake batter ice cream with sprinkles.. go to the other coldstone location in the MOA!!

This is the only Cold Stone that I have been to that only one of the servers can help your group. So since we have a family of 4, the server did all of our orders one by one while the other 5 people just stood there and watched as there were no other customers. Why in the world couldn't 4 people help us and then get done quicker. Then...the person helping us couldn't even remember what he all made us so we had to help him out. Ridiculous.
