Awesome experience, me and my wife visited all the way from Atlanta...while all the other places were overcrowded and loud...Cloud 99 was just right. Ah forgot the persons name but he even played music for us while we drank diet coke 🙃 😅 We had an awesome time and when we return we will come back

Calm place. Great value. Friendly service. Good for large party reservations if you call a few hours in advance. Great knowledge on hookah products. Considerate recommendations. Clean restroom and best hookah in town. Don't judge the book by its cover. This place is a gem and as a return customer, I have seen improvements every time I go back.

This place is dope!!! Friendliest group of workers and super chill vibes here!! Not only that but definitely get to enjoy a whole different vibe!! Bumps good music + different games like cards or uno or backgammon and more!! I always come back to this place and they pack the best bowls compared to other hookah spots. I smoke hookah a lot but get lazy to pack my own bowls so I definitely do trust the staff here!! Has not disappointed at all and have been coming to this spot every Thursday’s for the past month!

Service and staff are excellent. very friendly and attentive A+ on that but sadly hookah was not good at all. especially if you are real hookah smoker you will be disappointed, I had high hopes as this place was real close to my house. I only smoked it for 20 mins then had to stop. I normally smoke good hookah for hours. Totally waste of $20, which I feel is over priced in itself but if its good then it doesnt matter. Hookah had a bitter taste to it, which normally comes from metal hookahs not being cleaned properly. Too bad.

By far the best hookah spot I’ve been to. I come here every week. Never cease to pack it right. Never too much, never too little. Customer service is beyond what is expected. Not only do they make sure you are enjoying your hookah, they build a relationship with you. Many times they sit down with you and talk about anything you want to talk about.

Weird experience, new to hookah; treated like a moron for selecting certain flavors as my choices, puzzled look from host every time I asked a question. Bad communication and customer service skills. Not inviting at all! Saw people coming and cancelling orders. So I'm not crazy
