This restaurant boasts many years of history and receives high local acclaim, evident from the bustling crowd. We ordered some common Italian dishes, and they all tasted delicious. Additionally, the restaurant's decor is stylish and romantic, making it a fitting choice for a meal after exploring Provincetown and concluding a day's journey. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very charming old-school Italian restaurant. Service is great, very warm and inviting. Food is a bit of a letdown though. It wasn't bad, just not what it should be. Pasta was severely overcooked, as was the chicken and seafood. Sauce on the meatball was delicious, though. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very cute, but small, indoor seating area. The outside seating area is beautiful! You can tell they are a bit short staffed, but our server was great and he was training someone at the same time. Food came out quickly and was really good. Would return :) Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Highly recommended! Had a wonderful experience. The setting is beautiful and unique. So many amazing Italian choices. Our dinners were so delicious and the service was excellent. Looking forward to returning. Loved it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
A beautiful restaurant away from the lively touristy area specializing in Italian cuisine. The venue itself is stunning. The outdoor garden is lusciously green with strung lights that make the whole vibe extremely fairytale-like. The indoor seating is equally clean, beautiful, and spacious. The food, I have to admit, was ok. They start with a pretty measly bread basket (literally served 2 small slices of bread per person). The veal meatball wasn’t anything spectacular. It was a little dry on the inside and didn’t really taste any different than a regular meatball, which just makes it seem like a waste of a good veal. The sauce on the other hand was delicious. The Abruzzese that they note is the “#1 best dish by Cape Cod Magazine” was pretty tasty. It’s a hodgepodge of seafood in a pasta. The mussels really carried that dish because they sponged up all of the sauce so you get a burst of concentrated flavor in one bite. The scallops, as you can see in the picture, were gray and had a strange texture, which made it off-putting. My partner had the Chicken and Shrimp alla Vodka which he said was a different take on vodka sauce (creamier and sweeter) but still delicious. Our waiter told us that the chef really took a lot of time to perfect the vodka sauce and it shows! For dessert, I had the chocolate mousse which was just ok. The mousse wasn’t set and was basically chocolate soup. Overall, while the setting was beautiful, the food did not match up to the expectations. I’d return for a light snack and cocktails in the garden during the day. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Charming & rustc environment, beautiful outdoor Courtyard or indoor Old World design space that's very romantic. Reservations required (easy online). Entrées range from $20 to $40 or more, full menu is on their website. I had the Chicken Picatta which is a classic and one of my fav's, lightly breaded with capers in a lemon sauce. Sodas are served in a 4oz wine style glass for about $3, filled with ice and they don't mention that refills are not complimentary. It was very good food & service, even though our waiter acted like he had a stick up his backside. He was responsive but not friendly, but perhaps this is an East Coast attitude this southern family is not used to. I would definitely go back, as the food is great. Sadly much of the food in Provincetown is just so-so. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We sat outside which was lovely. We had a decent server who was very busy with other tables. We waited a lot between courses but the food was worth it. We had chicken allá vodka with shrimp and carbonara with Chicken. Both were done very well. We also had a Caesar salad which was very small for the price. Only down side was a screaming crying toddler who ran around, but that’s on the negligent parents. Totally annoying! Overall it was OK. This was hands down the best food and the nicest restaurant that we experienced on the Cape!!! Upscale dining with a heavy dose of romanticism and class. Our waiter was extremely friendly and professional. His recommendation of the flounder was spot on and fantastic! The fireplace gave a smell and warmth that created such a uniqueness! The pesto pasta (pictured), bolognese, and mushroom ravioli were off the hook! The fried zucchini offered a fantastic take on ways to eat zucchini. I would come back to this place just for the MUSHROOM RAVIOLI!!! WELL done Ciro & Sal's.
