The only and I mean ONLY reason I even give this place a 5 star is because of one employee, Fantasia. I’ve been going to this store for 13+ years and have encountered some of the worst customer service ever. But with Fantasia, every time I go there and she’s there she puts a smile on my face. She’s really good at customer service. I just wish you guys would hire more people like her. I stopped going to this location 6 months ago because I had the worst customer service. But I decided to give it another chance just because of Fantasia. She’s fast, she knows what she is doing, she knows how to handle damn coupons! And I thank circle K for hiring someone like her.

The staff is very friendly and I appreciate you always have Coke icees unlike the 4 others I check with every night before I stop here. However, you need to figure out how to not shut down for "stocking" daily at 9:30PM or 10PM. I drive and check 4 other locations and don't enjoy driving here to get something every location should have on the regular, for you to have but I can't access the location. Terrible business model to shutdown and also for the other locations to not have Coke icees, which is something Circle K used to be known for. I watch customer after customer try the door to be irritated and shake their heads. Pretty sure lost business does not help the top line sales. The manager or leader of this location should be checked. No other gas station or convenience store shuts down in this manner.

Update should have taken photos every one of the drink machines was out of order including the slushy machine all the soda machines both of the soda machines I should say not one of them had syrup bloated and after more than a month they still haven't fixed their freezer for ice cream so there's no ice cream to be found I'm very disappointed I went there to get a drink preferably a slushie but since that was out of order I would have settled for a soda but I couldn't even get that and I'll be damned if I'm going to pay for ice water thank you very much hopefully next time things will be repaired and in order as they should be. Would love to see it back up to spec. Thank you
Update: fountains and freezer are repaired! Yay!

My husband and my 2 minor children experience the worst customer service. Who ever worked over night shift 07/15/2023 this man was very unprofessional. Not only did he try and take a customer that was behind my husband and children he also got mad because my husband advised him that they where next in line. He cought a attitude and started ringing their items up and throwing them on the counter as he was scanning them. My husband got mad and told him they where good and he can cancel the order. I been coming to this circle k for 8 years and never ever been treated like this before . As long as this man is working there treating customers like that I will take my business elsewhere. Train your employees to respect paying customer WE are who keep him with a pay check. trust corporate will be hearing from me as well..

I know QT is all fancy with stuff like bathrooms but let's be real. The circle k has way better icee's and only the cool cops go to circle k. (Yikes) Hello officer have a wonderful day.

The employees are nice here however it could really use more gas pumps. Perhaps buy up the property near it and expand the store. They frequently seem to be short staffed as well, perhaps a higher starting wage would help encourage more employees? Most places are hiring $15 an hour or more for starting wages.

Ive been going to this store for the past 4 yrs 2-3 times a day! The new manager that works here now is rude and should not be part of management! She will enforce new store polocies on customers but not employees. She literally said to my face last week the new policy is to ID anyone buying tobacco or alcohol, today i was waiting in line and an employee was buying cigarettes she didnt have ID on her it was in the back and they werent gonna scan her ID. I asked why ID me and not her and their response was she works there. Last i knew, new company policies are for everyone not selected few. She became extremely rude so i gave attitude back and ended up threatened by having police called by another employee that started working there about 2 months ago. The new staff you have in this store needs to be replaced especially the 3 tbat were there today 5-29-19 around 3pm. They refused to give me corporate phone number and threatened to have the cops leave. Another thing is they love to eat and talk on their phones instead of keeping the shelfs stocked, idk how many times I've gone in there with this new staff and there is empty shelfs or soda isnt stocked and i have to ask repeatedly for them to go in the back and get when i am wanting and instead of filling the shelf they bring me one and leave the shelf empty. The customers are the reason why these employees get a paycheck if it wasnt for us they wouldnt have a job! The manager is not doing her job plain and simple. Very discusted by the way these 3 acted. I dont tolerate that from anyone

At the time of this posting. Price of Reg. Gas is good compared to other local stations. It is a 2 pump station so space is a pemium. Owner might want to consider expanding the lot if able! Counter person was quick, friendly and busy! A lot of day laborer's in the area taking advantage of the traffic flow.

None of the pumps don't work, the air doesn't work, everything is broken. You call yourself a gas station?
