During my most recent visit (Winthrop) on a Friday when they're running the $6 grab & go pizza special, there was not a single pizza in the case at 5:30 pm. Unsurprisingly, the store was short-staffed.
The half & half dispenser was empty which happens about every third visit. There was only one employee working and a line at the register. Unfortunately the clerk will check out everyone who's in line and continues to get in line while you wait, coffee getting cold, for them to refill the dispenser.
What is wrong with this store? Manchester is equally as busy, if not more so, also understaffed, and at least four times the size of the Winthrop location yet the store is always clean and well stocked. Not so in Winthrop. This place needs new management.

Lady that was working today, Saturday April 10th 2021 around 3:30pm, must not be happy at her work. She was very rude to my boyfriend and I. Tried hurrying us along. She needs to go to school to relearn her manners!!
