We used to visit Cinnebar more regularly but they had a dip in form a few years back that led to us focusing on other hotel lobby bars instead. Passed by recently and was happy to find that they seem to have returned to being a better lobby bar in Macau. Opening hours are 3pm to 1am daily.
Seating is classy and nice within the inside area at Cinnebar. There is a separate outdoor seating area as well that makes for very pleasant environs and rounds of cocktails and wine during the evenings and when weather is cooler outside.
During our recent visit, we were very pleased with their Barrel Aged Negroni and Sunset Boulevard (version of an Old Fashioned), both of which were well mixed and of expected taste. The bartender made a very good White Russian as well. Drinks were served with bar snacks and service was very attentive and timely.
Nice job to the team at Wynn Macau's Cinnebar this time around. We'll be back sooner than later for our next round of evening drinks.

Nice Cocktail bar inside Wynn Macau. The atmosphere is great and the cocktail look & taste good. Should stop by and grab a drink if you come to Wynn Macau.

Cocktail bar inside the Wynn Macau. Interesting signature cocktails and premium Chinese teas. A solid selection of scotch. The staff is incredibly friendly. For whatever reason there is no alcohol served in the casino so this is a great option for a drink.

Great cocktail bar inside the Wynn hotel / casino!
Patrick was our server and he was great.
I had a fancy gin and tonic and also the Earl Grey Martini. They were both delicious.
They also serve a small snack plate with some yummy things.

윈호텔 내부에 위치
바는 그리 크지 않지만
통창으로 바깥 정원이 맞닿아있어 뷰가 아주 좋고
고급스러움 대비 술값도 합리적이라 만족합니다.
칵테일은 전반적으로 단데, 개인적으로 'Three treasure' 칵테일이 위스키맛이 나서 제일 맛있었네요😘
