Unfortunately, this restaurant did not meet expectations during my recent visit. The food lacked flavor, and our specific request for ketchup with our pizza was forgotten. The area surrounding the restaurant was polluted and noisy, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. Considering these factors, I rate this experience 1 out of 5 stars. Where should I begin.. - The restaurant.. a glorious mess. - The quality of the food is far below its price. - The staff.. almost inexistent. Lots of people incapable of doing their job well. - We ordered an additional sauce that they did not even bring to our table, but somehow managed to list it on the bill. We have waited for a menu 30 minutes and 15 more minutes for somebody to take our order, nobody has come to us. We jus left disappointed. Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We sat down after a waiter rudely told us to “sit and wait”. They gave us the menu and left, never coming back actually. We left after 10 minutes and went to eat in a food stand just in front of this terrible place

One of the worst scam I've ever been!!! The waiter suggested us the most expensive dishes on the menu; we needed to pay everything, even what was already on the table such as the bread and seasonings. Furthermore, we asked whether it was possible to pay in € and receiving their approval we started the meal, but then they added 10 more euros to the bill! Even though the money exchange, 10 € are too much. Don't go there and if you are already there be careful!

The waiters has lots of works to do so our service was too slow. I have to call the waiter to give order for 4 times sometimes they didn't even care. The reastaurant needs extra waiters. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
