The views from the terrace are stunning, especially at sunset.
Menu had plenty of variety, I opted for the pork which was cooked perfectly. Grilled vegetables and roast potatoes as a side, again all cooked to perfection.
We had a lovely evening with friends here. Staff were friendly, polite and made us feel welcome. I would recommend booking so you don't miss the opportunity to eat here.

Beautiful position for a sunset dinner - book early for the tables with the best view. Friendly, unfussy service, great home cooking and really generous portions. A beautiful place to lose a few hours.

Of over 4000 restaurants I've visited, this was the slowest service every received.
The owners are really lovely and friendly but honestly, I read the other reviews saying it was slow, but this was the worst timings I've ever experienced globally.
It took 30 minutes for them just to come and take our order as only 1 person can take orders and the place wasn't totally overrun (about 12 tables in / 60 covers with 4 waiters across the restaurant.
Our soft drinks took an hour to arrive, and came without ice.
Our pasta starter took another hour to show up and the mains came 1 hour 45 minutes later. They obviously know there's an issue as no one came to say anything throughout, no apology whatsoever however they were so nice when they did come bring our food, it was a very mixed experience!
It would have been quicker for us to drive back 20 minutes to our apartment, buy groceries, cook, and then come back to Xlendi!
Food was good but not outstanding and quite pricey for what you get.
I don't think they care about tourists and will prioritise locals, which I understand.

Extremely friendly staff and excellent food. We arrived late and they quickly set up a table for us overlooking Xlendi bay. I had the octopus and my partner had the rigatoni. Both dishes were wonderful and the rigatoni portion size was very generous.

Cima Rooftop on New Year's Day was truly fantastic lunch. Our experience was delightful, thanks to the excellent service and the breathtaking view of Xlendi. The inclusion of highchairs and a nappy changer was especially thoughtful, making our lunch with a toddler much more enjoyable. The service remained outstanding throughout, and the food was not only delicious but also served in ample portions.

Take your time and try this very nice little restaurant, fresh artisanal pasta and risotto, prices are reasonable. Beautiful view on the bay from the terrasse.
*Be informed that on the final bill they used to add up to listed price of each item 50ct you consume in my case (3 person) it was like 5 euros in total at the end, so I suppose it’s an extra tip to pay the lunch for the tour guide in the context your are with a group of people. For me at the end it was still ok because the service and the food was fine.
Make a booking to get a table on the balcony for fantastic views especially at sunset.

Beautiful spot for enjoying the sunset on the rooftop facing the seaside. Food was lovely and affordable. Just make sure you're not in a hurry when you go there. The service can take time. I'd suggest to book before seven to enjoy the sunset.
