For a chain restaurant food was not bad, nothing too special to mention. Pizza, wings, chicken and drinks we ordered were really good. Plovas I tried felt precooked and felt like Uncle Ben’s rice was used and a bit on the dry side. Other than it was good. Facilities were good and clean plenty of seating spaces with TVs to keep the children and adults occupied Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Mushroom soup was nice,but kiev meatball was low quality. Under outside seats was left old concrete blocks, so really bad. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €10–15 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

The pizza was ok, but only ok... And I asked for chili sauce for the pizza ( cos I'm a crazy chili lover), but I was surprisingly told that there's no chili sauce in the restaurant 🤣🤣🤣 Come on man, you got the "chili" in the name of your franchise, but don't even serve chili sauce ??? 🤭🤭🤭 But the service was excellent, the person was really friendly and helpful. We ate at the Klaipėda shop , opposite the Casino hotel. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The food was ok, the menu is horrible though. It changes constantly with no reasonable options, so you can expect to leave after reviewing it. This restaurant is very strange though. My child has asked for a glass of apple juice, and you would expect just that. We did recieve the apple juice, but it was HOT? Why the hell would you serve a kid warm apple juice? If a child asks you for apple juice, expect a hot glass of it 😂😂 Maybe i will come back but make sure to ask for a cold glass of apple juice because the waitresses dont have a clue what to serve

Nice place in good location, has not only pizza but other tasty dishes. Took pepperoni pizza which appeared very spicy. Greek salad and cheesecake were pretty plain Meal type Dinner Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

We have no Lithuanian, told to use app code that was supposed to be in English, it wasn't but the pictures were good enough to make out what each item was. I wanted a breakfast and actually picked an English breakfast Lithuanian style. It was good, everything seems to be eaten here with mayonnaise. So where can I start.... The pizza was good and that was it. We ordered ginger tea and the napkin under cup was swimming in our tea... The handle was covered with tea as well. Besides that the ginger tea was suuuper sweet. Next dish was Ceasar salad. It came without any dressing, when i asked about the dressing the server told me to check the box where the napkins were stored. Later she came and apologized saying that she did not know that the salad came with dressing. Then she brought the "Ceasars dressing" which wasn't Ceasar dressing at all, instead we got garlic mayo in a cup. Very disappointed... Later on when she was checking up on us she saw the full plate that was set aside and asked: "Did you like the salad?" we replied with a simple no. She didn't even tried to give us another this time well prepared Ceasar salad or even complimentary dessert. We payed the bill and left dissatisfied.

They managed to screw up every single dish we ordered. You know that feeling when you eat great food and you get full easily? Here was the opposite. Can highly recommend if you want to miss a lot of work.

Like a foreign, Never ever put your leg there, they have 2 different prices and meny, When you look in the most expensive the price is for an example 5, 5 euro, That's a okay price... But that's if you have a special bonus card 💳, so you end up to pay 11 euro 4 a skinny pizza, 4 this price you can go and eat in a nice restaurant... And the waiter girl in yellow shirt today, is the most unpolite waiter I meet in my life... NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL (AND THERE ARE NO ENGLISH MENY THERE) GO INSTED IN CENTER OF KLAPEDIA IN A RESTAURANT THERE..

Staff do not understand what do they do here. Lots of mistakes and misanderstandings. Lack of ingredients, so unable to order from whole menu. Very bad experience...
