I typically prefer to focus on the positive aspects of my dining experiences, but I feel compelled to share my recent visit to this Church's Chicken location. Regrettably, the quality of service and food did not meet expectations. The fries were served cold, a noticeable departure from the expected standard. Additionally, there was a discrepancy between the menu prices and the charges incurred. Attempts to address this with management were met with an unsatisfactory response, which did not align with the customer service one would anticipate. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this particular establishment.

Asked for pancho sandwich they gave me a pechu sandwich. Asked little ice in drink when I opened the cup found hair in it. Never coming to this place again plus all the dead flies and live ones flying is gross, oh let me not forget the sticky floors and dirty windows

Honey biscuits are glorious, no other fast food has better biscuits than this location, specially if they're warmer. Overall the food was great and in my personal opinion the chicken is so much better than KFC, might not be as good of a sandwich as Popeyes, but I like Church's menu way more than Popeyes.

1 out of 5 times I go they either forget something or get something wrong. The speaker in the drive thru is horrible. U can barely understand them and then they get mad if u can't hear them. The prices are good and the food is good.
The location looks in disrepair. The food was fresh and hot like it should be. The house salad was delicious and crispy.

Service in Aguada is awful. They take my order and fail to tell me later that they don't have ATM system. I had to go back to the car and go to the nearest ATM. I had a big takeout order and they didnt even have large bags. They didn't have chicken breast pieces ready, again. The last time I was there, a lot of people waited in line close to 40 min, NOT KIDDING, to receive our order.
