Service was way too poor. We had to first wait 15 minutes to place an order. We ordered soup and main course and had to wait half an hour to get it. And they brought both soup and main dish at the same time. So one of it had to get cold. I could understand if the restaurant was full but there were only 3 more tables than us.
Soup was good. Food was ok. Staff was nice.

Food was pretty good but its not the best, tastes like ready made but it still tastes a little good. The service was pretty good tho, they asked how the food were and showed kindness. Its a really cozy place and you feel like your in a cool resturant.

This place used to be friendly and service minded along with great food.
Last time I was here with the family, it took 5 minutes from ordering the food till we got served, which indicates that everything was readymade. This was reflected in the taste of the food as well.
No waiter/ waitress came to ask how the food was, need of anything more etc even when the place was almost empty and lots of workers were visible.
Last time I'm coming to this place.

When we first got there it was totally empty which was a bad sign, we ordered 2 sushi with salmon and fried shrimp and 2 beef plates, the food came after 5-7 min after ordering meaning it was already made the fried shrimp was cold and both of the beef dishes was smelly and one of the beef dishes had a bad taste to it, we tried to get new dishes but they would not accept it.

Sluggish waitress who forgot to bring us our drinks.
As far as food goes, one order was messed up, and both our orders were below average, and way below what is expected at that price.
Duck was cold.

Today we were 6 people at dinner at Chopstix Metro. A birthday celebration that started with a great atmosphere, where we all left the restaurant with a bee flavor.
I ordered sushi (spicy tuna). I found that the rice on the sushi was hard and dry and commented on this to the waiter. As the waitress answered back to us, the rice was not a problem anymore, but the service we received from her. She spoke loudly and rebuked us as if we were stupid and did not know better about sushi. She actually claimed that she had tasted professional sushi and this was like it would taste and criticize my ability to judge how sushi should taste. With this we want to alert others that the quality of the food did not meet expectations as well as extreme unprofessional customer service.

If they're stressed your order will be late and some parts missing (i.e wasabi). Usually good though. Nice atmosphere inside and pleasant staff.
