Some people who use to work here were really nice and amazing. For someone who comes 3x a week they use to have amazing customer service. Now they don’t even give you a full serving of meat, queso or guacamole. Then if you ask for a little more they say they need to charge you double when queso and guac is already extra. It’s unbelievable how stingy they’re when you’re paying for a $12 burrito. At least give me a full scoop of meat please. This was today 1/22. Just opened it up. $13 for this??? Placing pick up or delivery orders is terrible. Orders aren’t on time or cancelled without a reason. Things are often missing. This is the worst chipotle for online orders. It is very frustrating. My delivery order today was canceled immediately after the order was confirmed. When I called chipotle, they said there wasn’t a reason and had to call the store directly. When I called the store, I was told I had to go into the store because they opened late. In that case, they need to turn off online ordering. Last time I picked up, I had to wait 15 Min past the time it should have been ready, with someone telling me they had to wait almost an hour. I just spent $85 to feed my family 2 burritos and 2 bowls and it was terrible. Are they even trying? The rice and chicken was old and cold. The beans were hard. It was just slopped on and not even a full portion. Terribly disappointed and I wont do business here again. Food: 1

Super disappointed. There was no lettuce or sour cream. This seems like something you shouldn't sell out of. Also they have over 2 more hours before closing. No discount or signs about not having the product.

When I entered there were 5 employees behind the counter and one was out back eating. So 6 total employees. There were two customers total in the store. All the employees were huddled talking with each other. I was told by the person behind the counter that they were too understaffed to take walk in orders and they were only doing online orders. (Keep in mind 2 customers in the building and all the employees are standing around chatting) And they would not take my order in person. So I’m expected to stand there and order on my phone so they can finish talking? If you don’t want my business then I won’t be giving it to you. Unbelievably poor service and management. They barely put any rice or steak and I kindly asked for a little bit more and she refused. Said she could add a little more for double meat. I said I just want single meat portion, not little kids. They refused and now I have the skinniest burrito ever! And this was on top of them not having white rice or barbacoa, both of which I would have ordered. It starts with mgmt. My favorite fast food is now my avoid. Sad day. As you can see from photo it’s barely filled with any food. Normally they struggle wrapping them they are so full. To put it simply, this place is not consistent. You’ll experience great service and food one day, and the next you’ll get terrible service and mediocre food. I get it, it’s a horrible job dealing with picky, self entitled people all day, but put some passion into what you do. Came in Nov 2nd at 7pm for dinner. They were out of food items such as white rice, cheese, lettuce and mild salsa. Staff seemed busy but apologetic. Seems there might be a management problem. How can you be out of cheese? There is a grocery store across the street. I used to work at chipotle in high school, I get it… but worst chipotle experience in years.
