Update!!! I ordered delivery on the app and it came from this location yet again. I got a sofritas bowl that came delivered as a burrito and there was meat chunks in it as well as in the queso. You can’t call to speak to anyone so I’ve wasted $30 and the chipotle app assistant is as good as nothing offering me a free entree coupon that expires in 1 day. I went today to get a meal and i’m a vegetarian. I got sofritas as i usually do and for some reason i found chunks of steak in my bowl and in my queso. this is literally disgusting and not the first time this has happened at this location. the guy at the counter wouldn’t let me scan my rewards and now i can’t even complain to chipotle. if i could give this place 0 stars i would service is awful and they were inconsiderate of my diet needs. The worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Came in for a bowl and when I asked for white rice (which they ran out of) he automatically gave me brown, the worker was nothing but rude towards us when we asked how long till new rice would be made he threw his hands up and shrugged. With service industry experience myself this is Completely unacceptable manners. They then proceeded to give me the wrong bowl during checkout which I had to correct them for and didn’t give the side of sour cream I had ordered so I went back and asked for it they gave it to me with sour cream all down the sides. The location needs new staff. It’s the staff that makes this place horrible. This has to be the worst Chipotle I ever been to. Food not fresh at all. Like everything just sitting there all day before they make new food. I found a long black hair in my food. The lady that works on the grill doesn’t wear gloves when no one is looking I caught on video. Nasty attitudes when you order your food. Just not a good place to go at all. This location really went downhill. I have ordered from here ever since the location opened and have always enjoyed their food. However, lately the staff has been putting in minimal effort into the service. The tacos pictured were supposed to have lettuce, salsa, and sour cream on them but we just got meat and cheese. I have also stopped ordering guac because the last (3) times I ordered the guac is brown and tasteless, which should not be the case considering how it is $2-3 extra. Also it is impossible to get in touch with the restaurant, I tried to get in touch with them after an issue with my delivery and I could not get anyone on the phone. Food was good, except for the fact they gave me a big bag with a tiny amount of nachos, I would pay a little more, but why would you sell nachos with the portions so small? Anyway, service was bad not surprisingly. This was the second Chipotle I went to which had terrible service. I ask the lady who was making my food I wanted an order of nachos, and she nodded in agreement, I paid for my food and there was no nachos in my bag, the cashier told me I had to tell him and not the lady making my food. Well, the lady didn't say that I had to tell the cashier, she didn't say anything to me or him. At a different location, the lady making my food gave me an attitude because I asked her which type of rice you're serving, maybe its my first time, why give me an attitude for asking a question?? Chipotle needs to take some pride in the people they hire, or retrain them, they have no respect. Qdoba has much better service, they actually value you as a customer and has great customer service, the workers seem happy and friendly, unlike here where everyone looks depressed, food was better at Qdoba as well. I went to this establishment and the service was the absolute worst service i have ever experience in my life. The manager LUCY, screamed in my face when she had me waiting 20 mins for an update on my order (which was only drinks). She got in my face and started demanding for my name which was extremely unprofessional. I waited very patiently for my order but when 5 different orders were made and ready before my order was done i had enough. Terrible establishment. I will never return here. I will be going to corporate to take this issue to the higher ups because this was and extremely unacceptable behavior by the MANAGER. It’s a shame some people act like this… NEVER COME HERE EVER! The food is garbage. I ordered online. Whatever you order is always wrong and they give you bad guacamole every time. The chips were even stale. Thank you for wasting my money for the last time. I wasn't even given a confirmation email or number for my order, so I'm sure I won't be refunded. Phone doesn't even ring when you call it. Update. I just went to the store with the food and was told they could not refund me, that that's how their avacados come. I asked them to throw the food in the trash. I was only refunded the side of guac which makes zero sense. I will never go to another chipotle again, they don't care about their customers. The portions seem to be getting smaller, but it's still consistently tasty. Food was ordered remotely and picked up as estimated without any wait.
