I always have a terrible experience at this Chipotle but I keep telling myself to give it another chance- well, never again. Came into the location at 6PM to order and they were out of several items. Out of white rice, chicken, queso, chips, carne asada etc. The fountain drinks they offer were depleted and looking absolutely disgusting. The food line was messy with food add-ins smeared across it. The staff were very rude and had attitudes. Seemed like every question we had was an inconvenience to answer. To top it all off, when we went to get queso when it was refilled, the young girl working the register threw the container into the bag which popped the lid and made it bust out. Again, making seem like an inconvenience. For this being the ONLY Chipotle that has ever charged me for extra cheese and other various items, nickeling and dimming the customers, you think they could afford to hire more staff or raise wages to hire quality employees.
