Not sure how this place manages to stay in business with so many bad reviews. Wish I saw earlier. Ordered Uber Eats. One burrito bowl amongst other items. No eating utensils sent. There was a hard, clumpy ball of rice and the steak was dry and crusty like it had been sitting out all day. It was nasty. I complained as it seemed to be a health risk and got a refund from Uber. Worst Chipotle in the state… easily The food is always either cold/very dry like it sat for long periods. You can never eat inside for some reason as if they’re only meant to be a mobile order location. The service is always terrible just a bunch of kids sitting on their phones. I go each time hoping something has improved, but I’m finally done. I’m writing this review to wrap up this location’s opportunities to receive my money. We ordered 2 bowls, 2 cokes, chips and queso. Did the pick up. Got 1 bowl and 1 burrito, nothing else. Went inside to get corrected. Not only were they slow but they still managed to put the incorrect items in the burritos so unfortunately one could not be eaten. Their customer service is terrible. The food that was somewhat correct was cold, overcooked, and not enjoyable. What happen ? Tables are never clean anymore, they will cover containers with whatever’s left on their hands cheese/guacamole all over the outside of container, trash is always overflowing, no napkins. UPDATE 4/02/2023- I went back here for the 2nd time tonight to give them another try I ordered in the app, DONT DO IT AND DONT COME HERE! These little girls working in here CANNOT READ, I had half my order missing, on top of that they were so stingy with portion of whatever they did put even when I asked for (EXTRA). So happy they made a chipotle close by to me! The food was good as usual! Staff was friendly, I had one concern seeing a piece of chicken in the beans and a little upset I asked for a large chips and queso but got a small chip size. But it’s alright they just opened and are learning. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Normal chipotle, aside from the exceptional ability to leave items out of your order and to give you food at chilly temperatures. Would not recommend drive to a different chipotle or pay extra to get it delivered from a different one. JUST GO TO SPRINGFIELD! I went here before & was extremely disappointed the first time but they had just opened so I figured I would give them another try since they’re closer to my house. I go & they give me the smallest burrito ever! They’re so stingy with their portions. Then I asked the cashier for a water cup. She tells me they don’t have water cups then proceeds to give me two water cups & charges me for two smalls. When I began to complain another worker came over & explained to her that the cups she gave me were water cups (which are free) She ended up fixing her mistake but I wonder how many people she charged during her shift for courtesy cups. No music playing, no friendly staff just dark and gloomy energy! Very disappointed again never returning! Service Dine in

I went in to get a bowl. There was a line of all Guys serving. Got to the last Guy I observed him cleaning the counter top w his hands and gloves on. The proceeded to put my cheese and lettuce on my bowl w the same dirty gloves he just wipe the counter top with his 👋. Uh No I'm sorry I'm not buying that bowl. This new location use to be great. Good portion size, friendly people although the wait was almost always extended. Now they have a new supervisor who lacks professionalism talks extremely fast and I’ll just be respectful and save the rest. She rushed my order served minuscule portion size and just was rude. Now I won’t be eating at any chipotle this location was good when you hire people who aren’t friendly, lacks communication and people skills this is the result and she over charged me for extra meat cause she served a small portion. This is the 2nd encounter with her and it’s the same as the first. I won’t be returning here if I do at all. Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The manager at the Macdade Blvd location is extremely ignorant, rude and disrespectful to both the patrons and workers. She walks around the food with nothing covering her hair. While wrapping the food, she had no gloves one. How the food is packaged has no meaning to her. She allows food to be packed up sloppily as if it’s being prepared for pigs. In fact, the sloppiness of her approved packaging of food some farmers wouldn’t do that for their livestock. She needs to be fired.
