This place is horrible. Two different orders back to back. I didn’t even complain Thursday night, decided not to after I figured it was an “off” night. Then tonight got basically the same. Half the toppings not on the bowls at all barely any rice. Tonight’s chips were so greasy they were rubber. Call Yosemite if you need good Mexican in Springfield.

I ordered a salad bowl and was very unhappy. The lettuce was so cold/frozen a little that I couldn't enjoy my food. I took the food back inside to inform them that my food was cold. The young lady spoke with the manager and came back to tell me I couldn't get a refund which was fine because I just wanted my food to be made right. No apology was given which is very unprofessional and a lack of managerial skills. I got back to my car to eat my food and it was still cold. This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. My last experience here wasn't good and I didn't leave a review but twice is unacceptable. Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Don’t go to this location at any cost!!!weird employees and their friends/relatives hanging out near your table and make you uncomfortable.they gave me small portion and I saw one of employee holding his 2 dirty shoes near counter.cashier is rude and don’t answer your questions and look at you weird.i will never go this location with my family again.0 stars Edit - on 9/26/23 at 8 pm. I have this location another try male young employee with long hair says we are closed to take in person order I. An only make online order . He said everyone is on break when I saw 3 other employee behind counter . It’s a shame they are denying food to people . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came here around 7:30 12/2. The workers did nothing but, complain that they wanted to go on break. Complaining about a break in front of a customer is extremely unprofessional and off putting. After a terrible experience getting my food, the cashier was very passive aggressive and ignorant towards me. The only way a store could be operating in this manner is if the general manager and assistant manager accepted this behavior with open arms. The heart of an establishment dealing in food services should be service but, obviously the culture in this store is just to get 8 hours and get paid. First time visiting this Specific Chipotle.. Food & Service was EXCELLENT. Ordered take out. I ordered from here today and I didn’t get enough food in my burrito bowl and it looks sloppy like they threw the food in there. Just because you don’t want to do your job don’t take it out on my food. Thank you

Terrible experience. I placed an online order for take out but when I got there they were clueless and didn’t even start making my order. Had to wait another 15 minutes to get my food. The food was terrible the chicken burrito bowl barely had any chicken. This is not the first time I had bad experience at this location but tonight seals it.
