I always go to this location and haven’t had any issues. But, on 3/5/24 (evening shift) I ordered a bowl only to find out when I got home the black beans were not cooked at all and were still hard. I had to pick every bean out of the bowl in order to eat it Very unacceptable Chipotle!!

Upon arrival to pick up my online order, I was greeted two steps inside the door. I was greeted by SIMONE. She was the kindest, most professional employee that I've encountered in a restaurant since the COVID19 PANDEMIC ! Her communication was top notch and I was pleased with the how my food was prepared. I spoke with some of the other employees and they were very pleasant too. My food was fresh, hot and very delicious. !! I was very pleased, thank you. I was shorted on food and I had to go back a total of THREE times for them to still not get it right in the end. I received the absolute worst customer service from the staff, especially from Jonathan who said he was the assistant manager. He implied I was lying about what I ordered, and after showing him my receipt, he still refused to fill the order accurately and had an attitude with me the entire time.
