I’m genuinely surprised to see all the 1 star reviews.. I just went to this location for the first time for a to-go order (2 bowls) and as I’m walking out the door thought “wow I’m leaving a review”. The staff was the nicest Chipotle staff I’ve ever encountered, and I’ve been to a LOT of locations. They asked if I wanted to try the steak when I said I wasn’t sure if I wanted chicken instead - love that. I was going to knock a star off for being low on beans but there was enough for 2 bowls and the people before me also got beans. The store was clean, there were no messes, and new food was on the grill. I don’t know about the other reviewers, but I’ll be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It is a bit loud in there. But, is the food really good? Yes. Is a service really professional? Yes. Is the food fresh? Yes! Is Chipotle is relatively new, so everything still looks really nice, and the employees seem to really enjoy their work. I know this sounds weird, but I have over 15 years of food service experience, so, it makes a difference. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I tried to like this location. Three times. My burrito/bowl always has cold ingredients in it. Even the meat. Kinda like taking a leftover out of the refrigerator and eating it right away. There’s never any onions/peppers. I suppose they’d be cold if they were there. And the chips are always stale. Maybe not ALWAYS, but at least the three different visits I had. It might be fresh, but just not worth $17 for me. Service Dine in

First time to this type of restaurant. It’s something like Moe’s. A little disappointed that they did not have enough items available. So I had to do a bowl. Several guests were leaving because the lack of food prepared. I was charged for every item in the bowl. The menu doesn’t explain your choices and extra costs. For two bowls and two drinks was $40.00 they were out of burritos wraps no brown rice and slim pickings for everything else. A little pricey for the items we got. I think this is a one and done for us. After eating the meal the quality is just not there. Save your money and time. Sorry not worth a photo. I got a response from Chipotle to contact them. So I did the best they could do was one free soda. I let them know they could keep their $3 soda and will not be back. That’s their customer service for you ! No stars! The trash was overfilled and falling on the floor. I get home, get ready to feed my little one the kids quesadilla and we both instantly began panting at how spicy the food was. TERRIBLE. Obviously management knows there is a problem. Do they just not care? The restaurant wasn’t busy at all on a Friday night. Lots of employees doing nothing, dirty counter, kid stirring rice with no gloves, rude kid at the register that looked like he was either high or going to fall asleep. We should have left but didn’t. Always, Always out of items. 1 out of 5 times we visit they never have grilled vegetables. You can’t order a quesadilla at counter “online only”, very inconvenient!! Fort Mill location always has what you want and cleaner restaurant. We love Chipotle,! but have come to realization that this location has poor management. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Just got off work and I wanted some food, I ordered on the mobile app and went through the drive through, first the lady at the window was rude no smile no customer service. Then the rice is half cooked not good at all, the only nice thing I’ll say is the food tasted good! And also there was a BAY LEAF in my food. Would not recommend going to the cherry road chipotle. Did take out from new location on Cherry Road in Rock Hill. Horrible! Beans were hard. Tortillas were like rubber and the “steak” was very tough. Don’t believe the commercials! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30
