I’ve been coming to this chipotle since 2014 and I have never been so disappointed. I’ve had an amazing experience in the previous years but these past couple of months have been horrendous .The dining area is disgusting, the bathrooms are foul, I can already imagine what the kitchen looks like. The line where the food is, was appalling. The staff KNEW how dirty their restaurant was and they proceeded to do nothing. Both trash cans were so full, there was no room to place other trash!! Customers were leaving it on the table! I have never had to clean up a table at a restaurant just to sit down. At one point, no one was coming inside and it was enough time for the staff to start cleaning up. Instead, they all proceeded to be on their phones, talk amongst each other or head towards the back. Dirty! The food was decent. They don't rotate the food. They put the fresh on top of the old. The dining area has not been mopped in some time. Your shoes get sticky as you walk around. There was only one table clean. We will not be coming back again. The saddest thing about this location is that with all the terrible reviews, they neither reply nor correct any of the issues. This location is officially in the trash (literally). Garbage cans overflowing. Multiple staff ignoring it after mentioned. Steak is cold (food safety concern), they were out of multiple items, and I was told that a manager was not available. Unacceptable for such a large brand. Do better. This Chipotle was very dirty. The floor was gross and looked like it hadn’t been mopped in awhile, and the toilets in the women’s bathroom looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The food also was disappointing and the chips were stale and chewy. Definitely won’t be coming back. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

My first time EVER walking into a Chipotle and I just happened to be lucky to walk into the most DISGUSTING and GROSS one there is. Not ONE table was clean and the floors were disgusting. Needless to say, we are NEVER going back to this location or ANY for that matter.

Used to be a great Chipotle but the past few orders from this location have been terrible. I ordered double meat...didn't even look like it. The contents of the bowl are just up to the rim of the bowl. The food/prep area has been very dirty and looks terrible. If we go to a Chipotle (which we do less and less now) we will go to the Naperville location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the worst Chipotle place. Starting from the Manager the entire staff must be sacked and replaced with better , courteous staff. And mind you i have been eating out at chipotle for over 2 decades at various Chipotles in Illinois and across the country, but never EVER had an issue. How dare they?! Got my order and they were out of chips. The girl gave me a number to call to get a refund and I got no response after calling three times. I get my order and I barely got anything in it. It looked like they just gave me barely a scoop. I would give this business a O if I could. I am highly upset. I want a full refund. I had just got done with a three hour workout and ordered ahead. I Wikileaks not recommend ordering online and picking up they give you nothing. The some of the lettuce was bad. They put my queso on the bowl instead of the side. Only thing consistent with this location is the poor service and quality of food. Always out of something…. Majority of the employees hate working here judging by their interactions with customers. Everytime I order I feel like im bothering them. This location is always messy from over filled trash cans to dirty tables and floors. How this place is still even running is beyond me. Management is nonexistent here. I don’t even know why I keep coming back to this location and shame on me for doing so. But moving forward I’m done and taking my hard earned money elsewhere. Went in today to get 2 bowls they were made correct but the reason for the 1 star review is that the guy serving the meat into the bowl DID NOT seem to notice that there was a plastic LID inside the carnitas while scooping it into my BOWL. Then I also noticed that the counters were filthy and dirty. Step it up chipotle. Surprised I didn’t get sick after eating this today. Also the chips were so stale. Won’t come here ever again until you guys make this place clean again. I also think $30 is so high for a bowl. Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
