Attentive staff and food was tasty. Every single table was dirty though which I couldn't tell if it had been all day or maybe I was In during a busier time. Food was exceptional. Staff was polite but didn't quite listen when I placed my order. Restaurant was clean but I just think the restaurant itself is uncomfortable and not inviting. This location is busy most of the time. The floors and tables are almost always dirty. We ordered on line and it as incorrect. The chips we got, half of them were stale! They will not refund you if you order online. We just needed one of our items changed and they remade the whole order. This would not have been an issue except that they made it an issue like it was our fault they remade everything. This happens nearly every time we visit this location. My teenagers wanted Chipotle for dinner so we tried it for the first time. It was a horrible experience. We each got a burrito. The restaurant had no ice so we had to buy bottled drinks. We were eating there, they gave us no basket just the burrito. I wanted to order a sIde of chips and queso, asked the girl if it's enough to share, she said a large would be, so I had her add it. She hollered the order for chips and queso at someone so I thought we were waiting for it, sat down and started eating. I had to go up to have the Sprite bottle opened, still no chips and queso at the counter waiting. They did get a little busy at the counter. I ate half my burrito and went up when the rush had passed to ask where my chips and queso are. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY. They demanded my receipt which the girl never gave me. I said, I have been dining right there and pointed at the table, can't you look it up? This tall round faced boy yells at me demanding to know what we ordered, I repeat it to him. The girl who didn't give me a receipt and made my burrito suddenly has amnesia about our entire $60 order and yells that she gave me a receipt, which she did not. (Not sure how she can't remember the order but she insists she gave me a receipt?) Was she afraid? AGAIN, why can't you look it up? We have been eating right here, we never left. They screwed up my order but then have the audacity to treat me like garbage? It's perfectly okay if you make mistakes, but you should never abuse eachother or the customer for it. It was the strangest most awful scene. The tall boy finally gave me the chips and queso and admonished me for not having the receipt and told me it was my responsibility to get my receipt from them next time. Uhm. Nope. There won't be a next time. That was the WORST SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN YEARS! There's no way in hell I will ever waste my money here again. Went there with my wife to get something to eat. Service was not really paying attention to the customer. We were told they were sold out of the corn salsa and looked at the other serving desk to see they had a full dish of it. Asked about that and they told us that was for online orders only. I said we are here in the store we should be able to get a spoon full of corn. Pretty ridiculous that they prioritize online orders over people in the store Food: 2 Atmosphere: 3

My wife and I ordered take out from this place last weekend after a hike and it was by far the worst experience I have had from Chipotle. This location did not have half of the toppings for burritos a normal location has. I understand food prices are higher, but to skimp out on things like salsa and lettuce is unacceptable to me. 08/13/23 Sign on the door says no dine in & that I could order the food and take it to go. They made me leave and order online to return and pick it up. I’m writing this review instead. Bad customer service! Corporate should shut this location down. The training, customer service and management are a joke. There is a heavy need for re-evaluation of the employees and priorities as a quick food joint. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

on line orders ONLY! My daughter asked me to pick up lunch for her. I was close to the restaurant so I stopped in. I was informed "ON LINE ORDERS ONLY!" Not enough workers. I call that bad management! There are kids out looking for jobs, either they don't pay enough or the work atmosphere is terrible. I won't go back Meal type Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was not hygienically wrapped! As I am writing this, I am now having second thoughts...I may be feeling sick even though I only had some chips and guac! All burritos ordered were grossly, unsanitary half-wrapped. I could just imagine how they were all handled...what came in contact with it...UGHHHH! This is the stuff outbreaks/illnesses are made of!!!

Great food. Stopped in for lunch and a steak burrito.service was spot on and quick. The place had a steady line of customers as it was lunch time. Their burritos are more than filling and I love that you get to choose your items in front of you to build the burrito (Subway sandwich style). The price was very affordable also. Under 15 for a huge burrito and a large fountain drink. If you like spicy , get some red sauce
