Don’t even waste your time with this location. I frequent bc it’s closest to my home, but never again. Order pick up - it will be wrong. Order inside - portions are half the size compared to other locations. Tonight I picked up a drive thru order and the employee was so nice at the window until I realized my bowl had little to any meat and no guacamole (which is extra). Last time, the kid who wrapped my burrito inside the store left half the burrito on the counter & tons of sour cream/guac all over the tin foil. I’m not overly stuffing my burrito either. Good place to eat if you want a step up from fast food. Staff are very pleasant . Used to be my favorite, but seems the quality of their beef has gone down over the past 5 yrs. Last 2 visits the beef was grissly and very chewy. So chewy my jaws got tired Love the atmosphere, but changes in quality cannot be ignored. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

When a few days ago and placed an online order through the app for 9:10 pm. I got a quesdilla and a chicken salad. I got into the drive thru at 9:07 and expected to wait 8 or so minutes since I got their earlier. The lady when I pulled up said my food was almost done and it should only be a few minutes. I waited 20 minutes, I watched her make my quesadilla and chicken salad after 10 minutes and talk for the other 10. Not to mention when I get the food home the chicken is now steak and as seen in the picture my quesadilla had the paper ATTACHED to it. Absolutely disgusting, this was my 2nd time ever trying Chipotle and to say im disappointed and disgusted is an understatement. Is that how all of them are? Then my mom and I both woke up at midnight with horrible stomach aches and nausea. The one star is for the chips and Mexican soda since those were the only good things I had. Closest location to Seabrook for me and I love that they have a drive-thru. I’ve never had a problem picking up food or dining in although the place is usually dirty with tables not being cleaned and the floors not being swept. Avoid this location at all costs unless you enjoy having your order seriously wrong! If you order delivery or curbside through the app, they pretty much just make your order however they feel like it. Don’t want rice? Too bad you’re getting half a bowl of it! Didn’t want sour cream? Yesterday, in the late afternoon I ordered the carne asada (also had some bean and rice and a small sample of the steak), and hadn’t eaten anything prior. Not long after I had to visit the restroom several times. Then shortly after midnight I started running a temperature and the cramps became more severe. I also started feeling weak. I drank some electrolytes and B vitamins which seem to have helped a little, but it did aggravate further cramps.
