DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME & $!!!! Poor quality food, poor customer service & lazy employees! I ordered a burrito bowl at 8pm on the app on a Friday night. It was SO skimpy, had mushy beans, hard dry rice, scarce chicken & it was missing half of the ingredients! I complained to management & all she said was we make them with what we have here. Huh?! My # is in the order, call me & tell me you don't have the ingredients & cancel it instead of giving ppl B.S.! I live in West Haven & I'll drive to Milford from now on instead of wasting my $ and time! Now I see why the parking lot was empty & they were on their cell phones just hanging out doing nothing because there were no customers at 830pm on a Friday night....because no one comes to this awful location anymore! horrible service. the guy at the counter made my friends burrito so sloppy that it fell apart right out of the tinfoil. I also ordered a quesadilla and he didn't give me an option for a side and put only a pinch of cheese. not to mention everything was a mess. there were no forks or spoons and the lemonade area was all empty and the containers that hold the juice were crusted over. 3 hours before closing they ran out of half the sides and wen I ask to get it from the online order counter the server said she cannot do that ….3rd time I get a bad experience from this location …they even ran out of lids for the bowls and I’m sure remote had to be there or wat would they be using for the next day? I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS!!! I really tried to give this place a chance, I've been a customer for approx 2 years but they have proven to leave a lot to be desired. In store the restaurant seating area is always dirty. On several occasions they have been out of food items. When ordering "online for pick up" you are not notified that an item is out. I ordered a fountain lemonade only to find the machine in store, empty. On one occasion an employee refilled the machine while I waited, on another occasion they offered a bottled lemonade. When I expressed that the bottle was not the same fluid oz as what I paid for I was met with annoyance and attitude. I requested a refund and the manager seemed as if I was disturbing him to have to provide it. The customer service has always been terrible, but I can get past that. When ordering for delivery, on several occasions items are missing. Chipotle's first step in handling this is a bot which offers a free item-while not ideal, it is something. Unfortunately sometimes this item does not show up in your account for use. Finally, my last order (because I refuse to spend another dime at Chipotle) had 2 items missing. I contacted customer service and requested a refund (on 01/13) I also requested an email stating that I would receive a refund because the customer service rep, in keeping with the Chipotle theme, was rude and I honestly did not trust him to process my request even though he said he would. As of 01/25, I have not received either. On that same day I contacted the restaurant to speak to the manager in which an employee decided to gate keep and not pass along the call, insisting she could help me herself. She proceeded to blame the delivery driver, stating they did not grab the 2nd bag. I explained my bag ticket said "1 of 1" why would anyone look for a bag 2? She then stated she forgot to put the item in the bag (bag 1) and since it was sealed she added an additional bag with the 2 items. But continued on to say "the driver should've asked if this was the complete order" when grabbing the first bag. I reiterated-why would they ask for a bag 2 if the ticket says "1 of 1" and they have the 1? She then said I could come to the store and get my item which defeated the purpose of ordering and paying for delivery. As her attitude and voice escalated, I asked for the manager again to which she said he was busy. I advised I was willing and would like to hold and she laughed and said "ok" and instead of putting me on hold, she hung up. As I was only able to get to an employee in the store via 800 customer service transfer I contacted customer service again and was met with the first professional employee in all my encounters with Chipotle and she sent out a request via email (which I did receive) for the district or regional manager to contact me. Again, this was 01/13 and as of 01/24 they have made no contact. As a last resort I will dispute that portion of the charge with my credit card company. Needless to say I will not spend any money with Chipotle going forward and I advise they do better! UPDATE 01/25: I just received an email (about 15 minutes after leaving my review) from CS stating they would reach out to the district/regional manager again and they provided a partial refund ($2 difference) Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

i went to chipotle after 1pm. i was so excited to get my bowl. when i got there i had to wait for someone to come over and finally take my order. the man started making my bowl. he barely put anything in it. as you can see in this photo it just looks like a sour cream bowl. i got a bunch of other things in it. i was so disappointed after opening it and seeing that there was barely anything in it. waste of money. will not be going back to this location. the disappointment has ruined this for me. Let’s start light the food was mediocre at best, they were out of pico de gallo and white rice. By the time we left they didn’t have rice, 2 types of meats, sour cream and for some reason they had spinach that was wilted. Lastly the portion sizes are horrendous, my food looked sad. I forgot to add that this always happens whenever I go to this chipotle location. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION! What is this negligence and lack of hygiene in serving food and meals? Every time I buy meals from this branch, they are not good in terms of cleanliness and cooking of chicken and meat, but my experience today was the worst ever. I bought five meals for my children, and the worker who put the food on the plates was throwing the food onto the plate and out of the plate in an immense, dirty manner. Even the gloves she was wearing were dirty. When she closed the meals, all the lids and meals looked dirty and their appearance did not suggest that you wanted to eat from them. I ask the official to look into the cleanliness of the West Haven branch, as it is the worst ever in terms of cleanliness, cooking, and lack of respect for customers.

I don’t think I’ve ever given a bad review. However, this is it. My husband wanted to get a bite to eat. We had our meal and a couple of hours later after eating, we are extremely sick. This all points to food poisoning meaning a hygiene issue. Never again! My husband and I are ill, horrendous experience! it’s 5:37pm on a sunday, and they close at 10:00pm. they didn’t have black beans, pico de gallo, guacamole or shredded cheese. i asked them why they were out so early, and the staff replied “on certain days we don’t make certain things”. i’ve been here before and they stop making extra food for customers hours before closing time regularly. Update 10/3/23: This Chipotle continues to be a hit or miss, today was thankfully a hit service and food wise! I was able to get all of the toppings I wanted. 2 weeks ago this was not the case during my visit. I hope to see this quality and service continue. The food was excellent today! At previous visits I was not as pleased but the quality of food and service was great today. The lady who was at the counter preparing the food today at 11:30 am was phenomenal, she was doing a great job monitoring the supply of ingredients and ensuring they are of the right consistency.
