7:30pm on a Sunday. Literally one person working the line, no one else in sight. Cashier is I guess moving between cash and online orders? Not sure if she’s making the online orders herself or just grabbing it from someone else. Regardless, having one person on line and another person jumping from cash to online orders is extremely ineffective. There were people crowded by the cashier waiting for their online order. Shoutout to the man working the line. He seemed new/not super experienced but he was doing his best and I praise him for that. He was super nice. Shame on the management that decided putting him on the entire line alone was a good idea. It’s not even like it was 9:30pm. There were still 2.5 hours til close. The line wasn’t long but if you’re waiting behind 2-3 people you should expect to wait 10 minutes to get your order in. I’ve been to this chipotle a few times and I think this is the 3rd strike. This location doesn’t know how to operate. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited on Thursday February 15th and was honestly pleasantly surprised. The workers were all polite and efficient, they gave me an adequate amount of food and all food elements were individually good/well seasoned. For all the slack chipotle gets some days I don't have anything bad to say about this location my bowl was great and I'd return without hesitating. I'm sure this location doesn't actually meet Chipotle standards. The food here is always cold. The proportions are always small. When you go to this location a few hours before closing, There are always a list of ingredients not available to add to your bowl or burrito. I don't recommend going here ever. I JUST ordered a double Steak bowl through doordash and received a regular portion of chicken even though the sticker also says extra steak. I understand that you have to make throughput, however please be VIGILANT because I was charged extra for protein that I unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy. Very disappointed. This location is horrible, the staff looked at my like I was crazy for asking for a bean and cheese burrito, I get them all the time when I’m in a budget, they are suppose to charge you for 2 sides + a tortilla, I’ve noticed the price always changes, sometimes it’s $3, sometimes it’s 2.50 sometimes it’s 5.25 and one time they tried charging me $9! Also when I’m ordering a bean and cheese burrito they are giving me the smallest portions possible. The staff makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. They need to stop over charging for a burrito with two sides! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food is good and I will go back. I like the bowl with beans rice and vegetables and meat. This is a great deal and it is fun to go there. The reason this location gets 3 stars is because when I was there the restaurant was very dirty and not kept up at all as you will see by the pictures. Also the service was not good the staff was fighting among themselves which was very unpleasant for visitors to experience.

Stuff is inexperienced. Many times stuff isnt available, rice and fajitas are not well prepared. And the worse is that they are disrespectful to older people. Company with no values have no future! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Not my favorite Chipotle. Food preparer emitted an audible sigh when we asked to have the burrito "mixed". The patio was really unkempt. The counters inside were also disheveled. The cashier was super friendly and helpful, however.

Decent spot to grab a quick bite. Parking around the area is scarce. Staff was friendly. However, I ordered the steak and it was cold. The only warm thing in my bowl was the rice and beans. When I went to get a fountain drink several selections weren't working and there was no ice. An employee on break notified another employee about the lack of ice and nobody came to remedy the issue.
