Terrible customer service! I understand the employees want to go home near the end of the day, but they still have one hour to close so no need for the bad attitude towards customers. Also they count the rise and the meat they put on your plate it’s like it’s coming out of their pocket, definitely not worth paying for what you get at this location. This my 3rd time going to that location and never again.

I never leave reviews but I just waited in line for several minutes without anyone on line while multiple people stood by registers talking. I wish I could give zero stars!! Placed an order using the app, I’m asking where’s the beef?? And the rest of my order??? Chipotle did offer to give me two free drinks for their mess up. This store was the last one in the Johnson county area I would order from!! I ordered a steak taco with extra cheese. Extremely disappointed with Chipotle is an understatement!!!!
