The manager doesn’t know how to run this place. No other chipotle has been this terrible. Every visit, the manager marks with a sharpie and lets everyone else do the work. Even when one person is on the line doing everything, the manager just stands there. The portions are smaller than the other chipotles in neighboring cities too. It seems like this location tends to over cook the meat and cut it to small. The piecs tends to be hard pea size. I wouldn't have given it so poor a rating had this not been a consistent problem. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

This place has been hit or miss lately. Today my chicken bowl was full of burnt chicken and the rice was riddled with thick cilantro stems. The quality is really lacking and it's disappointing. Service Take out
