They use your phone number when picking up am order. Gave them my phone number when I picked up our order. When I got home discovered they gave me the wrong order. Called them and they tried to blame me for giving them the wrong phone number which is ridiculous as I do know my own number. They were extreamly rude especially the lady who was at the counter who gave me the wrong order. Their only solution to the problem was they wanted me to drive back and pickup the correct order. It is at least a 30 minute drive and I didn't want to waste another hour for their mistake. I asked for a credit to use on a future order but they refused. This was terrible customer service. In addition the food was not good in the order we got stuck with and we couldn't even eat it and it all ended up in the garbage. $67.47 totally waisted. Don't go here, bad food and they don't even know what customer service means. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
