This was my first visit there at the recommendation from my sister. Ordered the shrimp with lobster sauce combo, which the server recommended. The food was fresh and tasty. It also held up to an hour+ drive, and was still warm. I will visit again when in the area. Absolutely horrible customer service by the man cashier that always wears the orange tee. This is the 2nd time I have noticed how rude he is as if there aren’t any other Chinese restaurants in the vicinity with proper customer service skills. We will no longer be giving these arrogant people our hard earned money. We will stick to our favorite China town restaurant Jade Harbor even if it’s for a pint of white rice at least they know how respect their customers and know that they need the people in the community to survive and not the other way around. Ordered online and have been a customer for over 8yrs. Add a tip online and they messed up. Delivery driver get an attitude because I didn't put a tip. Mind you they all know me by my 1st name and even if I walk in and buy dinner. I tip. Delivery driver give me my food with am attitude. No Tip?? Said it three times. I told him, since when don't I tip you? 2nd time this happened. Last time was a year ago and the one Delivery driver yelled at my wife. I get it, I delivered also back in the day. Just because your people messed up don't give me attitude. Next time oh wait. There won't be. Great family, Great food just asshats for delivery drivers. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

My mom's been taking me here since I was born, when it first opened. We never go anywhere else for Chinese food. It's very authentic and made with love. The owners are so nice and so is the staff. Food wasn't any better because of their prices. They charge a little more than the others but my taste buds didn't know any better. My mother in laws lo me in was unedible she said and tasted rancid. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible customer service. I called the store to get an update because my order was already 20 min late. I spoke with a lady and she told me the manager was busy rn and would call me right back. Another 10 min went by with no phone call so I called again. The phone rang once and the manager answered with an aggressive yes! I then said I’m calling to get and update and before I could get the rest of my sentence out he said my address and then said the driver is on his way!! Then hung up. If your going to be running late you should update your customers. You should also not have an attitude when talking to customers because of your mess up. I definitely will never order from them ever again
