We’re new to the Gastonia community, and after searching the reviews of all Chinese restaurants in the area this place was the nearest. I never asked the total amount over the phone, and after getting there I wish I had. The cost was ridiculous for what it was worth. However I did ask for soft broccoli and they did well with that. I had a couple of chicken wings with broken bones so I’m not sure what that was about…thinking positive though. Minutes later after eating, my stomach became so tight. I was in and out of the bathroom the rest of the night. Moving on I will not return Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I love this restaurant, I have been coming here for over 17 years. I’m so sorry for the unfortunate circumstances that occurred as I was out of the country when this occurred. I got back Sunday 2/25. The first thing I wanted was my chinese food and I ask my daughter to see if they were open and that’s when we found out what happen. I’m totally disgusted and I hope they get the justice they deserved. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best Chinese takeout I've had in the Gastonia/Charlotte area by a mile! Food is always fresh and cooked very quickly as well, always in under 15 minutes. I enjoy the general tso chicken 🍗 combo for just $9.30 with a big portion along with fried rice🍚 and an egg roll. French fries!🍟 and Bean 🫘Curd Human style are also good! Everything also tastes so good and better than any Chinese restaurant I've been to.... Definitely a great little spot to eat in or get takeout. I'm giving China City a 5 stars for their eggrolls. Best eggrolls in town. We will go here just to buy them. The other food is overall pretty tasty. They always have the best food at a reasonable price! The owners and staff are super friendly. My favorite place to pick up food when I don't feel like cooking at home. Very delicious. 🤤

Nice little hole in the wall Chinese joint. I got the lemon chicken and fried rice, with pork dumplings on the side. All the food came out steaming hot, and it was delicious. Upon first look, I didn't think I'd be able to finish it all, but I did. Great food, come get some. I also see they have a 98.5 score on their last kitchen inspection. Great job, guys. Thanks.
