The service was good and the food delicious as always. The fajita trio was outstanding and the fajita burger was delicious as well. The restaurant lives up to the name it’s a good franchise in the states and abroad. The restaurant is located at the lower level of the mall with a view of the ice skating ring. This particular restaurant has terrible service. We live close and we like the food so we have to deal with the poor service level but we would come a lot more and stay and spend more if we felt comfortable and the service was good. The waiter literally looked at me as I requested help and then left his station to assist others and never returned to me. We decided to forgo the other food we were trying to order and leave. I believe in rewarding good service but I also believe in exposing particularly bad service also. Be advised service here is poor. Food was good as normal but what really disappoint me this time is that in the men's room I went to wash my hands and find out that I could not open to get water because it was broken and instead of blocking the sink they put a nail that is very dangerous to open it. Here you can see some pictures. This is a big restaurant food chain and it is not acceptable that they have like this and now more that everybody should be washing their hands. Too bad this time Chillis.

Our order was taken quickly but it took an hour to get our hamburgers and the place was almost empty. Most of the employees were in the bar area talking.
