We visit this restaurant, at least a couple times a month, and this was our first experience where the food just looked thrown together on their plates, and it was an appetizing. It felt so rushed, even though the restaurant wasn’t packed, that I had them pack up my lunch to go. even that was so messy that I ultimately didn’t eat it. I don’t expect Michelin quality food from Chili’s but I have always had really delicious looking food and this looked like they completely did not care and everything was just messy. Syrup was dripping off the plate of my dessert and my guest didn’t even get part of their order. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We went to this location very late after a meeting and wasn't sure if we would be made to feel like we were rude for coming in after 10pm. But the server was excellent! I wish I could remember his name. 😭 He was super nice and attentive. Good convo when we gave our order, but he didn't intrude on our table conversation was some do. He came around often to check on us but did not feel rushed. I had the steak and it was super yummy! We also had the triple appetizer and everything was excellent 👌 The ONLY negative I have about this restaurant, and really most Chili's restaurants is the atmosphere. It just feels super dated and a little cheap. It's not my choice for date night due to no ambience, but excellent choice for late night with friends as it stays open til 11pm. I went this Sunday. Staff were very friendly, polite, detail oriented, excellent service, great customer skill had the team who service my table. The restaurant was crowded when I arrived but 15 minutes later was less people in ( I went around 3:15pm for late lunch). The food was good, but one of the 10oz beef was no so juice as normally is. But beside that the rest was very good. The coconut margarita were awesome (recommemded). Overall Excellent job. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
