I need to highlight the Burgers 🍔 are always fresh and well cooked in this location. The rest of the food is same as the other 30 chilis around the island. Service was fine, accesible for wheelchair, family atmosphere but the y had a movie in one of the TV that was not appropriate for kids. Food quality and flavor (chicken breast and tostones) was not satisfactory. It was a special combo item that included water or soda, and they brought tap water. I refused it and they gave me bottled water. Also we found out they pay $2.50 / hour to their waitress plus tips. Very unfair since the girl needs to do over 25 tables a day to get a decent pay. Second time be careful while ordering on Chilis. When you order something and they do the wring order they clean the food and put it back on the plate. They don’t replace the food even if the mistake was theirs. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Service was good as most of the times visiting this location. Appetizers were very good and tasty. Also the crispers were good and the mashed potatoes as well. The burger had to be returned. The bread was all burned on the inside and the bacon was undercooked. Also, and this is problem in this Chilis location and every other location around, for some reason they always serve saggy and oily french fries and they always get them right after returning them. Chilis has the worst ribs in my opinion. They disguises their lack of taste with plenty of BBQ sauce which have an overpowering flavor for a good reason. Also, they are dry all the time like if they were on a warmer all day long just waiting for a poor soul to order them. But again, that is my opinion.
