All the clients love gorgeous Mexican cuisine at this bar. Based on the guests' opinions, waiters serve perfectly cooked steaks, chili and chicken crispers here. A collection of delicious margaritas or good beer is recommended to guests. Here you may have good tea. Chili's is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the visitors' point of view, prices are low. Let me just start off with this, I like Chili's 3 for 11 deal.. there are not a lot of places you go to these days where you get an appetizer, entre and a drink for 11.00+/-, good price for the quantity of food items. We went at lunch time- the food tasted good, nothing was undercooked and/or burnt. The server was super attentive, polite and super fast. The only thing I didn't like were the bathrooms-super dark and the first table we were sitting in was sticky. Other than that it was pretty good. Overall we enjoyed our experience here. Even with Covid in full affect, there was plenty of room between us and the next table with people. The food was delicious. We came here late at nite after 10pm for a late dinner following some shopping. The service was excellent and the dining room was clean even after a full day. The bar area was open and there are TVs there to watch the college football. We will come back.

Man this location is soo much better than the one in Jacinto City !! The restaurant is super clean, wait staff is very good and the food came out quick !! Dishes that we were served on were clean and the drinks were good and cold !!! Manager came by and checked in us and waiter was very attentive!! Will definitely be back !! Highly recommended!!

I have been going to this Chili's for almost 4.5 yrs and I am feeling not respected anymore . It takes awhile for them to take my order. Then my drink refill is not refilled anymore and some say Hi but recently they never chat w me or say good night anymore! I feel like I have a virus and they are avoiding me . I spend about $100 + a week and I have to flag down or wave in the air for some service or get my ticket and to go box they are hiding in the back or chatting w girlfriends or coworkers. I'm not jealous or do I even care that they have gf coworkers. I just wish they were recently more attentive to me like in the past. They don't ask if I want dessert etc . I don't know what I did to this deserve this treatment. The only one that recently makes me feel respected is Leslie the day bartender when she works some nights. She treats me respect and asks me if I want a refill to go. She doesn't make me feel bad. T and Lauren are the best and I am gonna miss them. I am not going to except this disrespect anymore all I want is an attentive waiter to have some small talk after a long day at work and to feel respected coming into your store and spending my cash for dinner. The past few times been also getting sick from eating dinner also not a good feeling. So tonight will be my last time in your store. I'm sorry this has to come to this but I'm done. Miss Josie. The service and food is so much better now than before the pandemic. Update: Father's Day 2022. Do NOT order the "Fresh Guacamole" because it is not fresh, it's brown instead of green. The waiter said they make it fresh every morning but it was 6:30 pm and they only make one batch. With so many other restaurants nearby you'd think they'd try to be more competitive. The tortilla chips had a few good one on top but the rest were tiny fragments.

Years ago I went to a location in the heights, and I was not satisfied with the food and service. So I decided to stop eating at any of these restaurants. However one of my coworkers gave me a gift card for this past Christmas. My husband and I went to this location. I was very impressed with the new menu items and the quality of the food plus the customer service. Our waiter was Ian, he was an awesome waiter. I was extremely happy from when I got our drinks to when we got our dessert. I will definitely be going back to this location to eat again. The guacamole was awesome and our bacon cheeseburgers with fries were really delicious.

Food and the service was awesome the seats, had some crumbs on them, which we cleaned the little machine that you pay with was very dirty that needed to be cleaned but overall I will come back again
