Service was fast but that was the only good thing about it. My burgers were completely undercooked and as was my chicken too. Chicken texture is never suppose to be choppy. Cook I assume was rushing, I get it. But don’t rush while you’re cooking meats that’s how you get people sick. Ended throwing away half the food I bought. Other than that, manager offered me for them to remake the food or take a gift card. Service was fine, food was just undercooked. Sunday night, not super busy but decent amount of people, no wait to get a table for 7. Service was really good, fast and friendly. Food wasn't perfect but tasted fine. I've been to chilies quite a few times over the years. This one was right on par, not over the top but not horribly either. The last time I visited this location, the parking lot looked like a trashcan fell over and wind blew trash everywhere. I didn't notice anything of the sort this time. I had not been to the Chili's in Gulfport prior to this visit, but I have been to many others across the United States. This was undoubtedly probably the best Chili's I have been in - EVER. The staff were so friendly. Our server helped other members in my party to pick items & even offered suggestions on how to get an item they wanted & how to save a little money. I wish I could name drop my server, but unfortunately, I forgot her name. The food came out quickly, hot & was very tasty! I was very impressed by this location! The entire experience was bizarre. Stood up front waiting for 5 minutes until a server gathered up 3 groups of us and moved us to tables. I ordered something called "Classic Nachos" and what I got was these weird orange colored huge chips with some sort of bean and cheese on them. With a tiny bit of Pico, sour cream, and a tiny bit of lettuce. Will Not eat there again. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Typical chain type atmosphere. The waitress was inattentive and we were only one of 2 tables when we arrived. To be honest, the service was so blatantly bad I will not return to this location even if someone else were paying for it. Appetizer was wrong and took quite a while to be corrected. I ordered bottomless chips, salad, and soup. Was only offered a refill on my salad which arrived with my friend's entree (she had already eaten her salad). I had to ask if I was getting my soup when my friend asked for a to-go box for her food. When I asked for the soup the waitress asked what kind I had already eaten. I never got it! She rolled her eyes and said, "Loaded Baked Potato, right?" 8 min later it arrived. She never came back to see if I needed a refill on ANYTHING but salad. We were never offered drink refills and we were there an hour and a half. We had to flag her down to order dessert. I got the molten chocolate cake and the center was a solid lump of chocolate. I get that people have bad days and I understand being understaffed these days but I expect alot more when I am spending over $35 on lunch for one person. We had a great time shopping at the gem show and decided to stop at chili's for some lunch. It was a good decision the food was great and our hostess was awesome! Not to mention the 2 for 1 margaritas that were a perfect drink with our 3 dips and chips appetizer. The salsa, 3 cheese & meat and guacamole were all good. I had the chicken finger basket and my sis in law had the salmon. BOTH were really good and the servings were large enough I had to get a go plate! I say this chili's is a good one.
