Holly was wonderful. Very attentive. The margaritas were very potent which is definitely an A++ for me. The food was just ok. The 3 cheesesticks were hug but not worth the price. The chicken fingers were bland and not worth the price. The fries were good. I saw lots of people with the pasta so I will return and give that a try! I recently dined at Chili's Grill & Bar with a party of 20 people, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious and arrived surprisingly fast. Our waiter was exceptional, managing our large group with skill and ensuring that everything went smoothly without any mistakes. Originally, we had planned to eat at Red Lobster, but the wait was over an hour. Thankfully, we decided to try Chili's next door and were seated in less than 20 minutes. The only downside was that the space for a party of 20 was a bit tight, but the staff made it work, and the overall experience was excellent. I appreciate the efficient service, tasty food, and the ability to accommodate a large group. Despite the initial concern about space, I would definitely come back with a large party. My sister and I dined in for lunch on a Tuesday. They seemed to have been a little short staffed but our waitress did an outstanding job! She was extremely friendly and kind. I wish I could remembered her name. She worked in the bar area. She made sure that we always had a glass of coke. Our food was delicious and full of flavor. I had the shrimp,chicken, and steak fajitas. The steak was on the chewy side but other than that it was on point. My sister enjoyed the spicy chicken pasta dish and our appetizer was excellent as well. The place was extremely clean and the booths were really comfortable. We’ll be coming back to try out other items on the menu.

I have ordered to go from Chili's over the years, but tonight was the final straw the food was hard and cold, the service was horrible. I am done ordering to go with Chili's as a matter of fact the food or service was not that great when I ate inside, I had to return my food just to not get much better! This was supposed to be the smokehouse combo. We asked for the street corn and fries for our sides. The roasted street corn was not available, so we got regular corn on the cob, which was disappointing. The fries were cold, we got 2 small tenders and 3 little rib bones. We paid almost $50 for this, it was not worth the money and was not good. We want be returning anytime soon if ever at the Columbus ga location. I got the appetizer sampler with cheese stick, southwest eggrolls, and bacon ranch mini burgers, and all the food was good. Enough food that I had leftovers. The sweet tea was good. Will go again. My husband and I went to chilis for a date night. Our server was very friendly but the kitchen was backed up even though there weren’t too many tables being sat. We logged into be sat thinking it would be faster to check in through our phone app, and eventually went inside. They sat us inside faster than the notifications I received on my phone. We waited around 30 minutes or more to get our food. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and didn’t have toilet paper in the stall that was decent enough to actually go to the bathroom in. I normally enjoy going to chili’s it’s one of my favorite places but tonight was absolutely awful and disappointing. My friend and I came here for dinner. We were seated and given menus. Shortly after they brought out drinks and some chips and salsa. After that no one came by to take our order for almost an hour. The chips were gone and our drinks were empty. We finally had someone come and take our order who was different than the first person. When the food was brought out (by yet another person) it was wrong. Our correct food was brought out by another person. I say this to stress the fact that they didn't seem short staffed and the place only had maybe 5 tables all together. On top of the very slow service, I noticed that other people were sitting with empty things at their tables and the bar was scattered with empty plates, cups, and bottles. We finished our meal and asked for take out containers. While we were waiting, I paid the bill at the table kiosk. After we were paid up we continued to sit for another 20 minutes. The waitress who was supposed to get the take out containers was standing at the bar for most of the time. It felt as though once we paid we weren't anyone's "problem" anymore and we were being ignored. I finally went up to the bar and grabbed the containers myself. I've worked in the food service industry before and I have a very high tolerance for mishaps. I'm quite understanding of tough situations. However if that's what happened this evening, it was very hard to see. Plus I feel as if there was something going on to explain such service, someone could have said something. The service was good thank you Nicole, the ribs were tough and dry. What we had was not Mexican street corn, there was barbecue sauce on it, no Parmesan cheese.
