Probably the worst Chilli's restaurant ever. I went there twice and the food was quite near to the point of disgusting. The fish, the meet and everything else was covered with lots of carbon particles from the grill (apparenttly they don't clean the grill), all greasy and very bad taste. The stake was cold inside and burned outside; the behaviour of the staff was unprofessional (just busy will their smart phones and loud jokes). The first time they forgot me for an hour, even with very few clients in the dinning room. The second time they did not ask me if I would like something else. I could never expect this in any restaurant. Zero for the food, almost zero for the service. Never again! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The food is very American style, prices are reasonable for location and interiors. Staff is friendly, fortunately they have some vegan and gluten free options. They have a small parking lot and confortable furniture.

The food and service in this place is terrible, upon entering they seated us immediately because the place was empty After that no one came to our table, I asked the person who sat us who our waiter was and it was she herself who was talking with her colleagues, she took our order for drinks and appetizers, it took more than 15 minutes for her to bring it and The children's lemonades were missing, my beer jar was broken I had to wait for her to come back, after 10 more minutes the appetizers arrived along with the lemonades, the wings were raw, the waitress told the manager she apologized and he sent one more order that was good, when the food arrived it was not what chilli's sells everything was cold, my wife's pasta was dry and tasteless, the ribs were dry and hard to eat, the chicken bowl was ok Price per person $400–500 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I arrived at 1240 on a Sunday where there were only two other seated table in the restaurant. It took 9 minutes for the waiter to come by (I should have just left here) at which point I placed my entire order. Then it took another 9 to get a drink. By 1315 I still hadn't even got my appetizer. I'm literally writing this review because I have nothing else to do while waiting. My favorite part is the random shoes in the dining room. The only good thjing about this place so far is the proximity to parque fundidora.

Zero star! This place is horrible to serve on time , place was not even busy for this people so called waiter and waitress to take over 15 minutes to take my order or to greet us. They knowledge we were there and only stared and talk to each other, I guess trying to figure out who was taking our table. I wonder how long we were gonna wait before walking out. Came to Spike, fast and better service. I recommend Spikes 5 stars!

The food is not the problem. The problem is the service. We had to wait a long time to be served, one of the dishes was totally cold and it took 2 times giving it back for them to truly bring it hot. Even to pay the bill we waited for over 15 minutes to be charged... Very very poor service. Besides, a "sorry" was as much as we got for a response to the bad service. Really, their service is going to bring them lots of loses!

this place is awful! i was there with a coworker on a business trip and we went to eat there and the service was beyond bad. the waiter too 25 min to get our order and another 15 to bring us drinks. then we changed tables, we were in the patio, and sat at the bar, order twomore beers and i went to the bathroom and my coworker stayed but got no beer. i came back got my beer and i had to asked the for my coworker's beer. this place was not busy at all for us not to get a faster more friendly service.

Lots of wait time. Food is better anywhere else than here. Staff is eager for you to finish ordering, and yet it takes them long to prepare a tasteless meal. The juice is mostly foam when it's papaya. I do not recommend it.
