Definitely best sushi in Borås. High quality and fresh ingredients. Price level is very reasonable. You don’t have to empty your wallet and sitting for hours to be served. Perfect place for daily visit. Friendly staff, always feeling welcomed. We ordered sushi for whole family, chef even made special cucumber maki for my kids. Sushi restaurant without Nigiri meny for lunch? Not a serious sushi restuarant. Only offer they could give me is to order per piece 20kr/piece==>200SEK for a lunch. Very expensive. Extreamly rude behaivour when i asked if they could reduce the amount of pieces in one of the ordinary sushi menus to get only Nigiri. They where not willing to find a Nigiri solution for me. I ended up without any food. Be ashamed Chihaya. If I could give 0 stars that is what you would have got. For you out there choose another suchi restaurant in Borås they are better.

We had sushi plate & spicy tuna bowl that taste as good as usual. Chihaya is such a life saver when we crave for a real good Japanese food. We appreciate for your great food, nice & clean enviroment, and nice location. We would always highly recommand Chihaya to every Japanese food lover. This place offers really good value for pretty decent sushi! The staff are also very easy going and friendly. It's not fine dining or super cosy, but definitely one I would come back to regularly on account of the quality of food you get for the price! They are quite fast with food, so do not expect to wait way to much. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person kr 100–200

Spot on. We visited the restaurant as a group of four, each couple ordered a set of the 16pcs sushi and gyoza to share. The chef gave us a portion of 4pcs tempura complementary. Even though the service was basic I haven't had a restaurant experience like this for a while, will strongly recommend this restaurant to people I know and will be back soon! Looking forward to try the ramen next time. All of us in the group work as chefs/restauranteurs and rarely leave reviews ourselves, but damn, kudos to you guys, your concept is needed here in Borås! 🙌
