Ordered food online. Next day went to pick up food. Person was rude. Seemed bothered to go over my order. Spent over $80.00. All sides were very good, but the bucket of chicken tenders were extremely dry. Very disappointed since that was for a very special occasion. Beyond rude, gave bad food & manager was very unpleasant to me & my mom. Christina is the assistant manager & just hung up the phone on me. Some other lady mentioned that Trisha is the general manager. Christina is the one that was extremely rude to me when I called back avoiding the phone. She expressed that was had been with chicken shack for 17 years and this location opened up in 2012. If this is how they treat the customers in the area. I’m very disgusted & hoping Trish, if that’s her name, helps the situation. Coleslaw was great! Potatoes were dry and had no oil. Chicken was terrible! Super dry and more breading than meat! My 4 piece dinner, 1 of the pieces had nearly no meat whatsoever. Reminds me of really bad fast food. Extremely disappointed. $37.58 for two small dinners and we’re both still hungry… never again! Came in and ordered a chicken sandwich combo, employee said it would take 10 minutes. I watched 2 people come in after me and order/eat their food before I got mine. If you are in a rush don’t bother. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Order meal for my family under cooked chicken, and potatoes, ask for well they said are well done is different from pointing of you poor service, seen cook smoking, walk back in kitchen not wash hands, when back in line and handling!

This place used to have large chicken bites and now they are mini bites. Portions suck now and the prices went up for less food. I have been eating here for 20 years and now I will be eating elsewhere. Food: 1

Buyers beware..... because of the current pandemic restaurants are selling chicken wings smaller for the same price if not more. Also they want us to tip them more for less. Unreal. Thank god for Detroit Wing Company. Their chicken wing are big and at a fair price! I can get bigger pieces of chicken wings at 7/11

Inedible chicken. Threw it out. Got the chicken sandwich - the most disgusting thing I've ever tried to eat. Rubbery disgusting totally gross. Threw it all away and enjoyed a pickle and mayonnaise sandwich. Fries were fine and Cole slaw was good.... but come on this is a chicken place. Shame on you. What a waste of money. Food: 1
