This is the last time I take my family or friends here to this location. 3 reasons: 1. Normally it is okay to exchange a second side for the drink. This visit, that was no longer an option. OK. 2. I asked for green beans, received fries. OK. 3. This location now charges a 3% charge for all card use. This is straight theft on the franchises part against the customer. The customer didn't choose to renovate the location. The franchise did. Passing that cost onto the customers which have kept this establishment afloat for years is a crime against humanity. One i won't stand for and one i don't think the customers of any establishment should stand for because it's 3% now and tomorrow it's 5%. Where do we draw the line. We draw it here. Avoid this establishment like the plague. I will tell everyone I know to do the same. Wish you all the best. PS: i hope your loss of business was worth .56 cents

Every time i come it’s a very good atmosphere food great clean place. But who's makes it's special is one of the employees who takes my order every time i comes on lunch her name is Aaliya Watkins i thanks her so much for treating customers right and being so kind to us as we order and being patience she keeps a smile on ours faces and takes our order correctly. I will recommend to everyone go to the Chicken Express in Mesquite on town center it’s the best. Aaliya Watkins keep doing a fantastic job because of you our company comes there cause of you our company appreciate you i know you here it all the time from us. We just want your company to know how appreciate you are for your great work and communication and your bless smile and patience. Today I stopped by Chicken Express located near the K&G store. I ordered a #2 which is the 7 piece tender, regular not spicy with fries and a sweet tea. I pulled up to the window and my total was $15 and some change. I had to wait a while which was fine because I like fresh food. When I was handed the box there was only 4 strips in the box and a grand total of 10 French fries in the box. I am very upset and I will never go to ANY Chicken Express again. The prices for the food continues to rise and we can’t even get our moneys worth in food ordered. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1

Terrible location. I love chicken express and haven’t had a problem with any other location, but this location is AWFUL! There was an extremely rude blonde who gave me attitude when I was simply complaining that charging a fee just to use a card to pay instead of cash is extremely annoying and not typical of fast food places including other chicken express locations and that I was upset because I didn’t even know they charged a fee for that until after she handed me the receipt. They said “it’s posted” extremely rudely and I didn’t see it until she pointed it out AT THE WINDOW after you’ve already ordered and it was in tiny print on the far right side of the window. No one is seeing that before we order! I’m very irritated and will never go back and I’ve actually stopped going to any chicken express because of this. I've been coming here for years and never knew.. I ordered my food at the speaker. The female repeated my order and said the total will be $39.02. I get to the window and hand her cash. She yells out cash, then says your total is $37.89. I ask, is there a different price when paying cash? She replies, yes. She never smiled or thanked me. I thanked her and smiled though. P.P. MANAGEMENT ordered 3 piece fish got 2 no tarter sauce my meal sat on the table couple of minutes Girls worried about their nails and phones 2 men up front one actually working. the other, probably the manager practicing his dance moves no hair nets at one point her hair was actually on the table will never go back gave one star because the tea was actually good

This place is horrible, will never eat here again , the employees rude , they gave me cold nasty food , got hung up on and when I tried calling back they never answer the phone ., I was waiting for someone to come to the window and they was just all in the middle talking they seen me outside waiting and walked towards the middle was was just talking , I had to honk for them to come to the window and they had attitudes. Slam the window while I was talking if I could I’d rate this place 0 stars
