Worst CFA location in the Tulsa area. I hope operator/manager sees this review & for the love of Pete fixes their quality problems. Every blessed time I go they mess up my order. Usually it's my food so I live with it but tonight took the cake. I ordered 1 meal for my under 10 kid and a single sandwich for me. They forgot the nuggets in my kid's meal. The drive thru is so packed & the bags so stacked w fries on top that I can't check accuracy before I leave without spilling food all over my car. I had to go back up & get the nuggets and go back home and eat a cold sandwich bc they just can't seem to pay attention to the details. Oh and the 1 order of fries that we got were almost exclusively broke pieces (see pic). I expect better from the CFA brand. This good is too expensive for such a headache every time. This location has some good employees and fast service. My only complaint is that this dining space is far too small. They could also benefit from more seating spots for larger families. I am sad to say I had a terrible experience tonight. Not only did they get my order completely wrong, and had to repeat it to me multiple times once I was at the window, but I’m 100% the girl who took my order wasn’t even paying attention considering. She had me repeat my order back to her as well. Thankfully the guy who almost took my payment, repeated my order to find out it was 100% wrong because almost 60 dollars sounded insane for 3 kids meals, a drink, and a tortilla soup. I’m not sure what was the cherry on top. My food being cold upon arriving to my household OR them wanting to charge me more for a tortilla soup they got wrong in the first place. I would have been fine paying for it, had they not made me wait for my food to come out for something that wasn’t my fault. The least they could have done is made it complimentary or have the manager apologize personally, but instead.. they had this poor kid apologize. I am beyond upset with the service, and my Food overrall. I understand restaurants have ups, and downs, but tonight’s service was not it. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I mean come on, it’s Chick-Fil-A! I can honestly say that this particular location has never disappointed me. The workers are always nice, the service is always quick, and the food is always fresh! Even though sometimes they are out of Mac n cheese, but I can’t hate for others loving it as much as I do. I will continue to choose this as my favorite fast food! It seems like every time I pick up breakfast before 7:00 am the food seems to be reheated from the day before. The biscuits taste like they were microwaved and the tortilla for the burrito was crunchy and not fresh at all,the hash browns were also not fresh.For the amount of business that goes through this place I would think they could prepare fresh food the next morning. Always a great experience. A bit expensive, but you get what you pay for with them. Same price as any other fast food, but it's actually fast and more "food" than Mcds. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I went thru the drive thru. It was quick. I got my food and it was hot. The chicken sandwich was good. The waffle fries excellent, and the chocolate shake was worth the trip to Chick-fil-A. Food: 5 Service: 5

Terrible service. I have NEVER received bad customer service at a Chic Fil A before until today. I was ordering through the drive through and the girl taking the order was completely rude , she kept sighing and rushing me on the order, she just kept giving attitude she seemed stress . her name was Hannah ! Not only was she rude to us, she was rude to the lady that was ordering behind us as well raising her voice in a rude manner to her. Hope they get rid of Hannah. Just moved from Jenks, and I have been to this chick-fil-a several times, but the past 3 times in a row my fries have been cold and hard like they have been sitting there for a long time, which I find strange because I normally only go at lunch and they keep getting my drink wrong somehow. The service is fast but the food is not as good as the Chick-Fil-A at Tulsa Hills or surrounding ones… if they get better I’ll make sure to fix this review.
